Breakfast bar was nicely above average and we enjoyed the dual tiny waffle maker. Very convenient

Loved it being so close to the airport! The free breakfast was good and an added touch was fresh cookies in the afternoon!!! Enjoyed the comfortable bed. Will stay there again!

I recently checked in last night to the Springhill Marriott PDX next to the best Western and woke up to my truck window broken into before my flight. The tough part is when I checked in, I was parked on the side of the hotel and planning to leave by 5 AM, but the front desk said I should move my car Over to the lot that they owned because cars were getting towed if you park on the right side of the hotel . I proceeded to move my car but could not find any parking out front on airport Way so I parked around the side of the best western, there was a sign saying that the parking lot was monitored by security and camera and there was a bright light. When I reported it in the morning, he said yeah we have a problem with that. If there is a problem with break-ins, and they charge $150 to park your car when you fly, you would think they would take and hire a security guard from 12 AM to 5 AM that walks the parking lot. There were a couple of other cars that were hit last night too. I notified them that there was a car window breaking tool that got left behind and probably had Prints on it, He said the police probably wouldn’t even come out, which is probably true with Portland and all the break-ins across the city. So frustrating because when you stay at Marriott, you expect that things will be well taken care of for their guest inside and out

Very nice stay . Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!

No ice maker on floor. Pool not heated. No washing machine in facility.

Room keys didn't work at first, had to go back to front desk with all of our stuff and have them redone. Elevator is extremely slow. Very noisy due to being right in flight path of airport. The road it's on has long traffic delays apparently between 2pm and 6pm making a quick back and forth to the hotel very long. Room was clean but didn't feel like it had been deep cleaned in a while. Refrigerator didn't work, husband found after pulling it out of the cabinet that it was unplugged. Walking distance to pub and convenience store was nice.

A new bed was stolen out of the back of my truck and my back window was broken out

Number 1 issue was the key card entry system. It took 4 tries the first day to get 2 key cards to work. Then every day after that we had to get new ones. Frustrating. The hot breakfast on weekdays was terrible. We won’t be staying there again.

Quick and easy check in, close to airport, offers complementary breakfast, and was able to fit 5 people in a room comfortably!
