Outstanding customer service form start to finish

Excellent weekend of golf and entertainment at Wokefield Park. Rooms very comfortable , clean and well decorated. Staff all so friendly and such a welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a stay here and will return myself!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Stayed for two nights in a very comfortable room in the Mansion House, with amazing views over looking the estate. Special shout out to Sophie at the benedict's bar, full of energy and always a smile on her face and to all the receptionists who helped arrange buggies between the Mansion house and main reception for one member of the group with walking difficulties. Great choice of coffees/teas/biscuits in the room. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of hot and cold choices. Food in the Benedict bar was also good and arrived quickly.

I have stayed here for work conferences several times previously and will not in the future if I have a choice in the matter. Our dinner yesterday was awful with chicken so overcooked it was embarrassing. The room was not too bad but the worn bedside cabinet really put me off. The eggs at breakfast were stone cold and our lunch choices were pitiful.

We had a wonderful stay at De Vere Wokefield Estate! Everything was perfect .the services were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ellie, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. She went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our checkout slightly later, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Reception were great friendly and helpful, fast and efficient. Rooms were adequate clean and spacious……………………………..

The staff at the hotel are superb especially Tej who cannot do enough to ensure your stay is comfortable & you have everything you need

Booked De Vere Wokefield Estate as an overnight stop for a work trip. Booked to stay in the lodge as the main hotel was fully booked for an event. Easy check in process. Short drive / walk over to the Lodge, but just note the car parking is very limited. Lots of cars having to mount the curb on to stones or on to a grass verge. Room was comfy but wasn't that clean. On site gym was good, not that many machines so it became crowded quite quickly with a few people in there. Freshly served breakfast with plenty on offer.
