Location is excellent, Staff were friendly.

Price was a bit too high.

Really friendly staff throughout and the attention to detail was really welcomed (ear plugs in the room) I expected some noise as this is right in the centre if things about 5mins walk from Victoria station but them supplying some ear plugs was a nice touch - they were needed too as it was a night when the football was on! I was travelling on my own and felt quite safe as the staff didn't make it obvious in the pub area but I did feel they were looking out for me and kept checking in which was really appreciated. Excellent food throughout and some great deals both in the hotel and pub area. The breakfast (I had the yoghurt and granola bowl) was very generous in proportion and tasty too. Haven't stayed here in a long time but I will be back.

Everything was great, I did have to ask for a hairdryer though at reception.
