George Hotel, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent

The room was clean, very warm, but the water from the shower was cold.

Excellent and friendly costumer service.

Arrived at this hotel.. couldn’t get in the car park. Walked round to the front door and couldn’t get in.. rang the bell, someone finally answered the door and opened the car park which was very small. The hotel was very dated.. the carpets were ruined. All the facilities were out of order.. the bar, lounge and toilets. Got to the room and the bedsheets weren’t clean. There was damp on the ceiling with water dripping through leaving a puddle in our room. Only one plug socket which is an inconvenience. The hotel doesn’t feel safe. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Avoid

Don’t stay here ! The whole place is filthy threadbare carpets wallpaper falling off old fashioned nothing like the pictures , perminant residents and a smell of weed , tv wouldn’t work kettle all black inside , asked for help from reception about tv only to be told we don’t have any batteries no effort to help , shocking place shouldn’t be trading as a hotel , no facilities open

For the price it was over than i was expecting. Really enjoyed my stay beds supper comfortable. Toilet did need to be cleaned on outside of base. If all you need a a room and a bed it was great

This place is filthy and the staff are rude

Room was clean and tidy, hotel very worn Tv did not work, wifi did not work, smell of urine in my passage, will not be staying there again

It was the worst stay ever, on the check in there was a mad woman running around us, which was quite scary, the hotel extremely run down , room was dirty, just very unpleasant stay overall

The cups were tin and filthy, the shower glass was smeared and dirty, the bedding smelt awful (went and bought fabreze to spray room and bedding) windows needed cleaning, would not recommend a stay here

Tv didn’t work and no offer to move us mold in the bathroom wasn’t a nice place we left with in an hour of booking in but of course no refunds available! Avoid at all costs.
