This hotel is wonderful, I really enjoyed our stay there. All the staff are amazing and I mean all of them, cleaners, reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff, bigger hotels could learn some customer relations experience from them, excellent all round, well done. The bars are good, I particularly liked the pool bar with pour your own beer and soft drinks, really good idea that stops queueing. The rooms are basic but adequate, able to make cups of tea and coffee in, also equipped with a fridge, kettle etc. The shower cubicle is quite tight, but boy the shower is amazingly powerful. There are no public TV's but if you want to watch Sport, Monica's Bar next door is excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent, so much choice that you can not be disappointed, I especially enjoyed the home made Pizza's and the freshly grilled fish or meat. Really loved it and would definitely go again. Walk into town centre is around 15 minutes.

Unglaublich viele Kakerlaken (Toilette, Wohnraum, Außenbereich). Viele Tauben an der Poolbar. Es war kaum möglich, dort etwas zu essen, sofort waren die Tauben da. Echt lästig! Möbel im Zimmer sehr abgenutzt.

My husband was assaulted by a English drunk man who was staying at the hotel. The staff were very unhelpful and we had to ask multiple times for them to call an ambulance and the police. The hotel does not take guests safety seriously.

Do not read negative reviews, enjoyed our stay everywhere kept clean and tidy, food plentiful and tasty lots of choice even for fussy eaters. All staff pleasant and always ready to help, location wise its 5 mins walk to taxi and bus stop, but only 10 min pleasant walk to the town. Excellent value for the money.

The staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful, fun and professional. Carlos was amazing! The food was also amazing. Really superior for a 3 star hotel. Fresh food at every meal and a great variety.

The pool was freezing and it was difficult to access things like tennis and table tennis because only the animation team had access to equipment and they were either busy entertaining or unavailable. This being something reception could do would be great.

Went for the 2nd time in kids hols and loved it again. Entertainment was even better than before, the food was great and plenty of choice. The staff are so friendly and great with the kids. Rooms are lovely and cleaned regularly

Traveled with my parents and daughter for a week’s stay. Positives Friendly polite staff Beach shops and bus stops all in walking distance Excellent breakfast Large rooms Pool area clean with plenty of sun beds Sat to your table which avoids searching with food in hand Good selection of alcoholic drinks and beer on tap You can serve yourself to hot drinks and ice cream Negatives Hotel is very tired and needs an upgrade Lunch and dinner meals average often not warm but there is a microwave Snack bar again food often not warm due to being kept by hot plates. In previous hotels snack food cooked to order. cocktails served from a pump so not the best Towels only changed every 3 days Would I stay again and the answer would be yes if we could return for what we paid this year as it was definitely value for money

I’ve stayed here many times now and also in some very expensive hotels in Teguise . I keep coming back here because it’s simply such good value for money … and the sunshine is the same wherever you stay . They also make a very good gin and tonic !
