Mi madre, mí tía y yo agradecemos toda la atención y el trato cordial recibido, sin duda repetiremos.

En relación calidad precio está muy bien

Booked a last minute week away with my mum after holidaying here 3 years ago and it didnt disappoint. Big shout of to Moussa on reception who was a massive help on arriving and super friendly throughout our stay. Entertainment team - Deni, Leo, Miriam and Mickey were absolutely fabulous! Food was lovely with plenty of choice and plenty alcohol available :) Will definitely be returning!

Loved the hotel and food was great only issue we didn’t know where the entertainment was held on a night as we sat in the outside bar near pool never nothing going on so we now realised after reading reviews it may have been in a diff n Part of the hotel but still looking to book this year but hopefully a low floor as stairs were a problem to me limited mobility

Just got home after an amazing week, weather was mostly sunny with a little wind. We were in room C202 on second floor and had no issues. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels every 3 days. Close to the pool for the kids who had no problem jumping in even though it was cold kids definitely don’t feel it me and husband both braved it once in the week. Food was lovely with something for everyone we each always found something we liked for each meal. The beach we went to was the one near the dive centre which had a great cove with very clear water and lots of fish to keep kids entertained. Staff at the hotel were lovely and happy to help with anything requested even changing coins for the pool table and getting extra sheets for the bed for the cooler nights. Days out we did. Market on Sunday booked through hotel which was lovely lots of handbags, sunglasses and clothes but also handmade stalls selling the most amazing things. Well worth the €60 for 4 Rancho Texas on Wednesday booked outside hotel on bottom road, this was amazing we had a wonderful time and spent a lot of our time in the heated pool 😜 the zoo part was great with so many animals and quite a lot of shade we had food at the cafe which was lovely and not that expensive definitely worth the €150 plus €20 for the coach 3 hour off road buggy tour booked with H2O - this was the highlight of my holiday, it was exhilarating and just amazing the views we amazing and we had such a laugh, if you go definitely take a hoodie and bandana as it is very dusty even with goggles provided the best money spent €250 plus €20 for H2O bandana’s Overall This was the best start to 2026 and we will definitely be back.

There was a good range food of however the chairs are Very dirty for a restaurant. Also the cleaner did not change our towels there are supposed to be changed every 3 days and ours weren’t after 6 days, we had to go to reception to ask for new ones which they were very hesitant about. Reception staff are rude. It’s not a a far walk to the beach aswell there was a car rental place down the road called plus car where we rented a car from and drove around the island, Parking near the hotel is limited.

One of the best family hotels ever!! This is our 2nd time going to blue bay and it has out done itself yet again. From start to finish we have loved every minute. As a family of 4 with kids ages 2yr and 6yr the hotel placed us exactly where I requested which was a bonus! The staff are so friendly and helpful and constantly cleaning. Our room was perfect for us, spacious with everything we needed. The restaurant was great for food choices breakfast had the usual cooked items along with pastries and fruit. Dinner time the restaurant and pool bar served food. At tea time there was something different every night from Chinese to lamb chops, kebabs as well as every veg and fish option possible. Deserts were plentiful from icecream to fruit and cakes. The kids pool was perfect for our 2 Yr old with small slides. Yes they are cold but that didn't stop the kids and was welcomed on a warm day. The large pool my 6yr old loved. The best part was the entertainment kids club during the day had all sorts of activities from golfing to darts, colouring, facepainting and more. The team even did yoga for adults around the pool. The night entertainment was fantastic from the animation team doing there thing to acts brought in to the hotel. Mickey, Leo and mirium were brilliant and so good with the kids. We can't wait to return!!!

I like to feel I am fair when it comes to reviews, so I am stating pros and cons on our own personal experience: PRO - close to airport - good sized rooms - fridge in room - nice pool (although the kids told me this was very cold) - a baby pool available - pool bar - section of floats that have been left for others to use -entertainment available - nice easy walk to the local beach - local shops nearby - shower - hairdryer - balcony - good availability of food areas / times CON - **important No LIFTs*** (we were on the 3rd floor) - had a couple of issues with the room, lock and blockage and insects - the front door had been damaged and the apartment was very cold - a weird ceiling thing in the bathroom added to the draft - beds basic and a bit uncomfortable with one very thin pillow - no main light in the bedroom only side lights - the entertainment started fairly late

Last night here tonight Had a great week Rather than spend £1000 -£1500 per person a week like some people do,me and the wife prefer lower cost holidays but have 4 a year , The blue bay ticket that box ,£900 a week all inclusive for both of us Rooms basic but more than acceptable for a 3 star hotel ,if you want posh rooms ,pay posh prices simple as that , The staff are all very friendly and work non stop ,cleaners in every day bar Wednesday pool area and bars clean and tidy , Amstel beer on draught self service along with tea ,coffee and soft drinking ,no need to queue just help yourself , Same with ice cream , Breakfast Massive choice From full English ,to many cereals to pastrys Lunch ,massive salad bar Cheeses and cooked meats Bread Chips,pasta ,burgers ,chicken diahes and fish dishes , Evening meals similar Plus delicious fresh pizza , I ate very very well ,piles of meat ,pork ,beef ,chicken etc etc , The pool bar serves snacks all day long Burgers ,chips ,hot dogs and salad Can't fault the food at all Hotel is located about 15 mins walk from the centre of Costa Teguise and lovely walk along the promenade, There is bus stop 5 mins walk from hotel ,we jumped on the bus on a Sundays to Teguise market And another day we walked 90 mins along the coastal promenade to Arricife,and got bus back after a afternoon wandering around , Entertainment every night starting with kids mini disco and then a act , If you want lovely weather ,as much as you can eat decent food , unlimited amounts of alcohol, you can't go wrong with this hotel After reading some reviews I was a little put off about booking ,and was taking to a colleague at work about it when another colleague other heard the convo and said ,we love the blue bay hotel ,we have been 3 times a year for the last 3 years ,that was enough for me to be happy to book and I'm glad I did
