The Villa Toscana

It was an amazing stay!

I found a hidden camera in my room. I called the cops. This made everything else bad. The sheets were also dirty but that's basically irrelevant given how bad the first thing is.

-Pretty interior design details, -Great value for the price -Varied breakfast selection -Amazing location seconds from great bars and shops -Very quiet at night even though it’s in a lively area

Memory foam mattress was a little too soft for me.

It was clean, location was great.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. I was notified twice less than 24 hours in advance that we would not have access to half the amenities I paid for. On our last day, the cleaning crew stood outside our door and loudly laughed, talked, and made noises while we were trying to sleep. Staff did not answer me about any problems I had regarding amenities or cleaning crew. Do not stay here unless you just want to stay in your room the whole time you’re there. They most likely will not let you upstairs.
