I am so grateful to the wonderful golf pro Matt Kleiner who has changed my swing in every way it needed to change! He also helped with chipping, which was essential. His manner and teaching skills are absolutely top notch, and I am excited for my next 18 holes :) Thank you Matt!

The staff's warmth and courtesy set a new standard, elevating the experience to new heights. Outstanding service was expertly delivered by Bartender Britney, whose remarkable assistance and friendly demeanor empowered us to fully immerse ourselves in the trip and make us deff want to return

The property’s outdoor facilities and amenities were excellent. Shows were enjoyable. The facility is kid friendly which was great for my trip. Room was large but outdated. The air conditioner was on top of the bed which was very uncomfortable with air blowing right on top of you. The room supposedly slept 5 but there were only two beds.

While the overall property has an air of 50s charm it really needs an updo. The staff was the shining star. Lovely and helpful. The room was terrible with an actual key for the door. They seemed to be redoing some rooms near that one so here’s to hoping that room was next. The parking is a bit inconvenient but doable. The place is REMOTE. That means your food options are what they are. Not bad but limited. They need to clean out their fountain soda machine and tubing. Pools were all clean and well kept. For an escape with some amenities and on a budget this is not bad. Also great proximity to Bethel Woods for concerts which was our purpose for staying there.

No any option Indian food at least 4 to 5 items add in menu

Spent the past week at Villa Roma, week 31. The staff were friendly. The food and bar staff were excellent as usual. Katrina Love rocked the pool and music during the entire week. Special shout out to Susan. Susan managed the lifeguards and pool towel area. Susan has been at Villa Roma for more than 20 years and is always attentive and courteous to the pool patrons. Thank you Susan for all your behind the scenes work with numerous young staff in the pool area.

Was in search of a close hotel to bethel woods. Lots of activities for family. Staff was friendly.

The property is old and dated. They have enough to do, but they should definitely update the rooms. The restaurant we used was excellent food wise and the waiter we had did a great job. It was slower than it should have been, they were understaffed.

We went to Villa Roma for a 2 night getaway. It was absolutely horrible. An absolute s**t show from the moment we walked in. The room was not ready when it was supposed to be. They advertise an indoor and outdoor pool. What they don't tell you is that the indoor pool is only open when it rains. The lock on our room door did not work. We had to use the deadbolt. We went to a show with a buffet. The show was fine but there was not enough food and the chicken was not cooked enough. The bartender was not there, she was in the back on her cell phone. Cake consisted of 2 pieces of corn muffin with butter in the middle, no coffee or tea was served. The room was dingy and dated, curtains were not closable so light from outside shined into my eyes. Thye doors on the side of the building did not work therefore allowing access to ANYONE. Trust me, STAW AWAY!!!!!
