"Fun place with bad rooms "

This place was fun but in need of some serious updating! It had the feel of a very old motel and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and animal urine. With a room refresh, this place would be great.

"Great place for family and community"

This place has always been such a great resort for the 37 years my family has been coming here. Such a beautiful environment with many wonderful people, many Italian families and teenagers who come together and support each other, but also supportive to new generations. Lots of family fun and activities for everyone, entertainment left and right and a great experience! I have high hopes for the new ownership, they will make this place from make a 5 star resort to a million stars within the next few years. Around a nice town as well, and a great place for meeting new people

"Great Water Aerobics Class"

What I enjoyed most was the Aquapower Water Aerobics with Susan. I’ve done water aerobics before but never had a workout that worked every muscle in my body, did core strengthening, and stretching and balance exercises. Susan explained each move well and showed modifications if anyone needed them. Can’t wait to do it again tomorrow.

We stayed for a family reunion with people aged 9-70. This place had something for everyone. The buffet and omelet station made by Carlos was great. There was 4 or 5 course dinner with our all-inclusive stay. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment. The pool could use an update, but everyone around it were having fun…

"AVOID THIS RESORT IS MY ADVICE!"

Avoid Villa Roma is my advice. One big nightmare . This use to be a great place with good service. The dining room coordinator, Randi, lied about our seating assignment reservation and caused conflicts with other staff members. The recreational equipment was either missing or damaged. One order of the pork was undercooked. Please get new ownership and conduct better training of your management staff. Avoid this "resort". Joe

"family feel and FIREWORKS display are wonderful!!!"

The camraderie with the other visitors - to us, is the main attraction - families that have been staying there for years - but the resort has a lot of things to offer - recreation wise and entertainment, so you never have to leave the property

The main pool had an issue where there was no water (though they were refilling it) - PLUS its Very hard to get lounge chairs during the day if you don't get down to the pool by 7AM, or whenever they open. Also, strange that you use a key and not a card to open and lock your hotel room door - very antiquated. Lastly there were no USB plugs that were convenient bed side to charge phones and ipads etc - only ones available high up on the wall above the beds attached to the light that you couldn't reach Overall - the resort needs ALOT of upgrading - and TLC
