Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. The island is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the overall atmosphere is very relaxing. A special thank you to Aymane, who was incredibly kind and supportive. He shared the daily programme with us and was always quick to respond, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Also, many thanks to T and Hay Mane for their friendliness and help. Overall, fantastic service and a truly memorable experience — we would definitely recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. A special thank you to Aymane, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our visit—professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. He really made our experience more enjoyable and memorable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall service was great. However, the food did not meet our expectations. We felt there was room for improvement in terms of quality and variety. Overall, it was a good stay, and with some improvements to the dining experience, it could be excellent. Whilst the hotel is near Male island, and you can see the high rise buildings and the airport traffic, the staff here more that make up for it. In the anchorage bar, Layaan was superb. His attention to detail and efforts to make sure We had the best experience were second to none. Sharufa also made sure that everything that we needed on our booking was facilitated. We had an awesome time at Sheraton Maldives and thank everyone for their hospitality and warmth. From reception at the airport to drop off, I cannot fault anything. Our 25th wedding anniversary trip will have a special place in our hearts. There is food and drink options to suit all palates. Feast had the most options and was our go to spot. Masala Hut and ChopstiX was great too. Service is spot on throughout the resort and everyone does their absolute best with a smile. So many people to call out but some special mentions below: Mohammed (receive airport), Layaan - Anchorage, Yaish - Masala hut, Diptesh - Yoga n HIIT and a lovely lady for Thursday whose name I forgot to note, Delia, Nashid, Selvan, Maria, Sabari and everyone at Feast. The snorkelling team who took us on a snorkelling safari was brilliant. Seeing so many stingrays and fish was one of the highlights of the trip. We stayed in an overwater villa and it was beautiful.

We chose to stay here as a quick intro to Maldives before moving southward in our journey. We report to the counter upon arrival and were lead to the ferry quay, resort is just a quick speedboat ride away. Checking in and were intro to our host/butler, she was nice and bubbling, she zip us around for a resort tour. We opt for the most luxury all included food and drinks package and had the best pool room, they were kind to assign us room 5 ! The pool seem to be the biggest among all the pool villa except for the 2 bedders. Room is comfy and had everything we needed, the sea water below us is clear but not so much marine life, we do occassionally see some swim by which cause excitements ! We had indian lunch, italian seafood dinner, mexican lunch and thai dinner. Evening cockails by the christmas tree, the thai lady host was nice but we only seen her once ! morning we had breakfast which is nice and huge variety, also drinks by the pool. the con is its that it is too near to habitable islands, we can see ongoing condo construction on neighbouring island, it doesnt feel remote but more urban instead. overall an excellent intro to the maldives.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa. Everything about the experience was excellent from start to finish. Niki was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The service across the resort was warm, attentive, and consistently thoughtful. We stayed for five nights and were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a cottage with a plunge pool for the first three nights, which was a lovely start to the trip. We then spent the remaining two nights in an overwater villa, which made the stay feel like two unique experiences in one visit. The resort is close to Malé, so you can see the city from the island and there is some noise from planes landing and taking off, which isn't ideal. That said, the transfer from the airport is only about 15 minutes by boat, which makes it incredibly easy to get to, especially with young kids. So it really depends on what you're looking for. If a quick, hassle-free transfer matters more to you than a remote island feel, it's a great choice. The lagoon around the island is perfect for snorkeling, especially for families. The water was calm and clear, and it was a great introduction to snorkeling for our daughter. The dive center was also excellent. I managed to do a couple of dives and the sites were beautiful. The team was professional and made the whole experience very smooth. The snorkeling trip was another highlight with beautiful sites and a great experience overall. Our daughter absolutely loved it. All the restaurants were lovely and the food quality was consistently good across the island. The pool and kids' activities were really well organized, and there was always something happening. There was so much to do that five nights actually felt too short. Overall, it was a fantastic family vacation and we would happily recommend Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa to friends and fellow travelers.

For couples on their honeymoon in the Maldives, I highly recommend Full Moon Island and my staff Lynn. Recommended with a perfect score of 10! This island only takes a 15 minute speedboat ride from Male Airport Island, making it very convenient to land. But if you look at the scenery on the island, there will be a part where you can see Male, but the flaws do not overshadow the beauty because the Maldives scenery is too beautiful. We chose to have three meals all inclusive and ate very well. I would also like to specifically praise my service staff Lynn, who is enthusiastic, serious, and responsible. She usually responds to messages in seconds. If sometimes I need help, she will come to me. It's also very reliable to help me make reservations for restaurants and events, a very cute little sister. I can feel that she is doing her best to make us feel happy. I really feel that Lynn made my honeymoon trip even happier. We will come back to Full Moon Island next time. See you next time.

This is the most amazing resort, our best holiday ever, the resort was so clean, the staff so friendly and the food amazing. We were greeted off the boat by two amazing staff then we looked after by Mifrah who looked after us during our stay via a WhatsApp chat, he looked after restaurant bookings, travel times / arrangements etc, such a lovely person. My Wife and I need to name a few more of the amazing team. Azzam, Ali, Feny and Shafeeg, all these gentleman need awards for the highest levels of customer service, thanks to all our you we will see you very soon. Lastly Amrit for looking after us in the Chopstix restaurant, we thank you for being so humble and on our second meal with you sharing your thoughts on how you can improve the service in the restaurant, thank you so much.
