Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

Beautiful view/beach, walkable to a lot of restaurants and stores

The night of our Anniversary, which is the whole reason we went to Aruba for a vacation, we had electric and water shut down for 12 hours. My husband had a medical device that we couldn’t charge, the room got hot and not having water in the heat temperature near equator is absolutely insane! We were given 2 water bottles, 1 hand fan, and 1 flashlight with a paper explaining the construction work that hotel decided to do. That ruined our trip and made us absolutely dislike everything about Divi Phoenix, the lady/manager? who was calming people down that we never saw before the incident or after, didn’t offer anything for this HUGE inconvenience. The room was about 560-580$ a day, and half of one of the days without water and electric. We really regretted not staying at Hilton/ Holiday inn that we were choosing between all 3 before booking. Absolutely horrible experience, not to even mention that at check in -our room was dirty and dusty, shower kept leaking every time you would turn water on. And that was a nicer room with king bed and a balcony/ocean view. I would recommend staying at one of the known big company hotels instead of Divi. Level of accommodation and care is not there.

This was our 12th trip to Aruba, always staying at the Divi Resorts with the Divi Phoenix being our favorite. The accommodations, staff, food and beach facilities were once again awesome!

This was our 5th trip to Aruba and the 4th time at Divi Phoenix Beach Resort...We just love the location, beach, pool and all other amenities. We can walk to shopping, dining, casino and stop along the way for a refreshment. The staff is very freindly, esppecialy the guys at the entrance when you leave or come back they always have a smile and like to make sure you are happy. See the view from our room!!

For a laid back (not too,lol) book or definitely buy at Divi Phoenix Aruba. The staff, from front desk to pool and beach attendants and housekeeping are all professional yet give attention to personal needs.

Our stay at the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. We were even surprised with an upgrade to an amazing suite, which made the experience even better. The resort itself is beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The location could not have been more convenient — you can easily walk to all the best restaurants, bars, shopping, and beaches in the area. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we cannot wait to come back again!

Great place for a nice peaceful vacation

We absolutely love it here! Lucky Jean Paul and Sandra at the towel hut are so helpful and pleasant. Joel, Julio and Michael are always wonderful at helping me get our beach chairs and huts. Kimmy and Rizqua at the restaurant Pure Ocean give exceptional service every time we go. I highly recommend this place for all families and couple. I can't forget Kareem and Luis at pure ocean who give exceptional service as well. Thank you to all of you who make our trip so memorable!

Our stay was very pleasant. We found the staff members to be friendly and helpful. Our room was recently renovated and the updates were very nice. The pool and the beach were only steps from our unit.
