Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa Kovalam

When we arrived on 27th January in the evening after tiring flights from the U K. We were greeted by the hospitality staff Abhishek and Head chef Harish Rawant with a warm welcome which lifted our spirits. Along with Manoj Pandey. The reception staff greeted us back with gratitude that we came back Shiva his colleagues Sebastian, James, Naitra, James, and Streejith welcomed we will never forget. In particular Abhishek and Harish the head chef the hospitality staff was outstanding performance, nothing was a problem they out of there way to holiday unforgettable, with outstanding hospitality from Sonia, Annie, Dinsha, Nitasha, Muni, Sujit Jassi, and the hospitality staff we couldn’t fault them 100 percent from everyone involved. On the 1st of February on my husband’s the G M Suku and his entire made memorable experience with cake cutting at breakfast time, and also a unique evening experience a delicious meal at the Bait. Sujit provided a delicious meal with a smile, and another evening birthday cake, with all hospitality staff the names I mentioned above, a day to remember. Adil has a business there a pleasant and polite person. We purchased a gift for myself from his shop at The Green Cove. The house keeping staff, five star cleanliness. The last evening meal was throughly enjoyed by us and the hospitality staff involved with us. Taking photos while cutting the leaving cake will be forgotten by us. We are truly grateful by hospitality we achieved and from all involved and we appreciate that the G M took time out to chat to us as he has a busy schedule. The guards and the poolside and garden staff all spoke to us with so much respect. As we receive an unforgettable experience that’s we be back again next year. A send off by the head chef Harish and Abhishek will be never forgotten as they gave warm send off it was excellent experience from them we will them all, which was 6th February 2026, We are looking forward to go back next year.

I stayed at Taj Kovalam and had an absolutely wonderful experience , truly one of the best stay experiences in Kerala. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful room upgradation, everything was seamless and top notch. The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with lush greenery, serene surroundings, and stunning beach views. The property has lovely Bali-like vibes, creating a perfect balance of peace and luxury. We were welcomed by Joel at check in, and I must especially mention him for making our stay incredibly memorable. I have rarely met someone with such genuine warmth, hospitality, and care. From the very beginning until checkout, Joel went out of his way to ensure everything was perfectly arranged according to our needs. He was extremely friendly, always available, and made sure our plans flowed effortlessly. His personal touch truly elevated our entire stay. Evening tea and sunset at Bait were absolutely magical and one of the highlights of our stay. The calm atmosphere, beautiful views, and overall experience were truly unforgettable. The food was exceptional, the breakfast spread, which offered variety and quality. The chef and Abhishek Kumar, the catering assistant, ensured every guest felt well taken care of. They personally visited tables to recommend dishes and made sure guests experienced the best from the menu ,a gesture that reflected true Taj hospitality. Overall, Taj Kovalam delivers world class hospitality, stunning views, and unforgettable experiences. A perfect blend of luxury, nature, and heartfelt service. Highly recommended, and I would love to return again.

Amazing hotel beautifully integrated into the rich eco system. Our visit was made easy by the gracious help of Nethra at the front desk. A big shout out to Chef Harish Rawat whose personalised support curated to accommodate our preferences and his incredible culinary skills truly made our visit memorable.

We enjoyed our stay in our little cottage. The housekeeping was great. We enjoyed our meals at Jasmine Bay where we found the staff very attentive and helpful. A special shout out to Abhishek and Sous Chef Rawat. I look forward to coming back again and again.

Absolutely sensational hotel. We considered Taj Green versus Leela and are so happy we chose to stay at the Taj Green. Beautiful property. Lagoon ride and tea service by the beach (both complementary) were highlights. Fabulous modern pool area. Whole property very well maintained Fabulous food by chefs Harish and Manoj. Extremely welcoming and hospitable staff. Special mention for waiter Akshay who was extremely professional, friendly and efficient whilst serving us throughout our stay. We will be returning again. Do not hesitate to book!

The property is incredibly calming, with the chirping sound of birds and a serene lagoon within the premises. It truly feels like a nature retreat. The views from Bait are stunning and add to the charm of the place — a perfect spot to slow down and soak in the surroundings. The food was a definite highlight of our stay. The tapioca tikki and banana flower cutlet were absolutely outstanding, thoughtfully prepared, and memorable. A special mention to Harish Rawat, who made sure we experienced the best of the cuisines available. What really stood out was his genuine curiosity and care in checking whether we were comfortable and enjoying our meals is very rare. The small cake arranged to celebrate our anniversary was incredibly thoughtful and truly made the experience special. These little gestures, along with heartfelt hospitality, made our stay completely worth it. Overall, a lovely property with great food and people who genuinely care about your comfort. Would definitely recommend it for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We will visit again with the family once again.

We were especially touched by the lovely little gift for our daughter, thoughtfully given by Mr. Sebastian Philip. Me & my family stayed at pool villa to enjoy our wedding anniversary..Location was serene & we feel like we some where in heaven…Staff hospitality is awesome security to GM was fully pleasant & ready help or Assisit what ever needs..Room was very well arranged & spacious...facility like bugy/boat rides/pools/ cycles all are awesome and we really enjoyed sea side dining…Thank you Taj kovalam & staff for giving us a memorable vacation..

Spent Awesome two days at Taj Green Cove Kovalam with family. Whole staff made it very comfortable stay. Room, Food, Hospitality from all staff - Front Reception, Security Guards, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Kids activities, Hi Tea, House Keeping and J Wellness Circle. Location is beautiful. Lagoon Boating is also awesome
