Great Wolf Lodge Sandusky

My family goes to great wolf lodge Sandusky multiple times a year during the colder months. There is tons of activities for all ages, even my oldest who is 9 still really loves it as well as my toddlers! It is very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The Dunkin’ Donuts and the little pizza store are key. It’s also nice that it’s surrounded by other restaurants so you can DoorDash whatever you want. My kids favorite part is the night time dance parties and activities in the lobby after a long day of splashing.

Everyone was helpful however there isn't enough elevators for the amount of traffic.

Everything was great loved the events that the kids could participate in only negative thought was the mattresses definitely need to be upgraded or replaced they definitely felt like we were sleeping on boards but other than that great experience

Gavin made the 9pm dance party on Monday and Wednesday fun and he was into the music. He should be at every show cause he was the life of the party.

I took my family to the Sandusky location. It was our first-time going to any lodge. My grandkids had a blast, they loved the water park and the arcade, not to mention the build a bear store. We will definitely go again.

Location was perfect, Easy access to gas stations food places and cedar point. Very clean all staff I came into contact was very friendly.

While my kids had fun at the waterpark and arcade, we had a terrible experience with one member of the custodial staff being confrontational and rude after the dance party. This staff member yelled at us and our children. He escalated the situation so much that security had to be called. It really left a bad taste in our mouths for going back.

All around great time, this time staff didn't offer extras, like build a bear, she didnt offering clothing or accessories we went to fill out a paper for the name od the bear while she was sewing up the bear and then handed him to us amd said there you go and already had the register rang up

Great value. relaxed environment 100% family friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were clouds of comfort. Quit in the room. Service was fast and friendly.

The wolf lodge was such an amazing experience for my family! They had so many fun things to do and my kiddos were worn out by the end of the night each stay! Id say the dance parties were the biggest hit, just to watch my kids get out there and dance their little hearts out was amazing to watch! Communication could be a little better as I was charged on my card for towels from the swimming area, I was unaware that they needed to be returned to the pool room and left them in my hotel room instead, but customer service returned the money back quickly after explaining. Definitely recommend any age for this place as there is lots to do!
