Poor value, very expensive for what you are going to get Thought it was a hotel It was a badly run air b&b

Was a great location, the bar on floor number 2 was really great staff were friendly, room I stayed in was good but lighting was very very dim or not working in kitchen area at all so made it hard to prep meals or read.

The lighting was way to dim or not working at all

The mattress was very bad lumps and valleys, needs replacement NOW!!!

The location is a huge advantage and reason why we booked here in the first place. It served its purpose for our trip.

Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Unacceptable Conditions at Waikiki Grand Hotel Dear Waikiki Grand Hotel Management, My husband stayed at your hotel from April 17 to April 26, and I am writing to formally express our extreme dissatisfaction with the conditions he encountered. The cleanliness of the hotel was far below acceptable standards and posed a serious health hazard. Cockroaches were found in the kitchen area, the sofa was badly sunken and unsanitary, and the towels provided were visibly dirty and poorly maintained. It was clear that proper hygiene protocols were either neglected or completely ignored. This experience was not only deeply unpleasant but also unacceptable for any establishment claiming to offer hospitality services. We feel completely let down and will never return to your hotel. The room was located in a great place next to the beach in Waikiki. The only downside was no blackout curtains, so the city lights kept the entire room very bright overnight

So close to the beach but service was bad and room was cramped
