"Book thing place 🫵🏽🫶🏻"

10.0

The place is insanely big and the staff are so welcoming. We stayed in the swim up room which has its own bar and the staff there made the best drinks. Hatice and Arda were especially friendly and helpful. Really couldn't fault a thing. The food was so lovely, it wasn't repetitive and they had fresh bread and people cooking fresh food throughout the day. Drinks are INSAAAAANE. The cocktails are so good. Make sure you try the Pina Colada but you must request this ;). Would love to give a special shout to can and have who worked in the restaurant- you made our stay extra special and you were so kind to us on our stay. Hava you remind me of my aunty I love you! Honestly book this place. It's worthit. The market is a short ride away. Just 10/10 - just to add they do have loads of birds and I really hope the hotel look after them. This is the only thing that I would question as some did look a little bit sad - I would suggest to the hotel to make it clear the animals are well looked after as for some holiday makers they may think they are not.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is nice. The staff were ok. The ultra all inclusive part was very disappointing as the was not a variety of food during the day time.

"A lovely, lovely hotel..."

10.0

Just to say right off the bat, extremely happy with this trip! When we booked this holiday, the Travel Republic website really did not do this hotel any justice with the pictures and description. This place is huge! Huge in the sense we got lost some nights looking for our block, but its not a bad thing as there are signs everywhere. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The big one is food. I didnt go in with high hopes because normally hotel food is pretty standard and catered for the western audience so its kind of bland and safe. I was very surprised with the calibre of food that was available here, varied, SEASONED and tasty. I don't think I have eaten as much as I have on a holiday at a hotel like I did here! FYi the freshly made lahmacun and the mini choc croissants are to die for! We stayed in adjoining rooms which is of good standard. Clean and housekeeping were on point everyday. Plenty of storage space and toilet/bathroom was clean. The toilet has a bidet which took us a day to figure out we actually had, but very useful! The hotel itself is quite remote and literally on the coast of the Mediterranean sea with a private beach! There is lovely pier with cabanas you can hire and honestly, such an amazing view! My only gripe about my stay is the cost of the activities/excursions available in-house. For example, 10 minutes of jet skiing cost 60 euros which is INSANE. I would've liked a more varied range of activities too. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and kids absolutely adored the place. There was a kids area which included a childminding service that keeps the kids busy with structured activities, as well as a child friendly pool and slide area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back here.

"Nice inclusive beach resort"

8.0

We stayed three nights at Tuana, Fethiye. Room was nice, with a porch where you could hang laundry. Shower was roomy. Buffet was lavish, both breakfast and dinner, and alcoholic drinks were free at dinner (all kinds)! Pool and beach were nice. Many families with children come there.

"Fantastic 3rd visit"

10.0

Another great holiday for me and my 8 year old daughter. Was great to see so many of the same staff from previous visits as they are all so friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the kids club team especially Irem and Zanad you was fantastic as usual. Cannot say anything negative about this hotel as it has enough going on for everyone to get involved if the choose to? Food was excellent as usual with a very good variation each day. All on all a 10 out of 10 from us, my daughter is already looking forward to returning next October

"A MUST VISIT RESORT NOT TO BE MISSED."

10.0

This was our 7th time at Club Tuana. We were in the Lagoon Apartments, all Staff from the Maid to Bar staff were excellent especially the twins Husain & Husan. The food has a great selection of the patisserie to all main meals. You have a choice of 4 pre- bookable specialist restaurants. We have already booked for next year, 3 weeks this time. Hopefully get the same Lagoon Room we had this year. Room 1018. The Entertainment is for all ages, kids clubs to fabulous shows. Adam & his team are superb. We highly recommend a visit to Club Tuana, you won't go anywhere else.

"Fantastic holiday!"

10.0

We visited as two families with 4 adults, 4 children aged between 22 months and 13 years. Food - lunch 12.30-2pm and tea 7-9pm - fantastic, always kept topped up, fresh, lots of food cooked fresh in front of you, lots of choice. Options for plain pasta, sauce, chips etc for those younger fussy ones! We visited at the end of the season and at teatime there was sometimes queues for the freshly cooked food, everyone was polite as queued fairly. There is a steriliser, liquidiser and plastic plates for babies. Loads of tables and plenty of places to sit. There is also a playground in the outside seating area of the main restaurant. Water in big fridges to help yourself, of drinks available from staff or the bar. Pools - the pools were cold, and sometimes the kids wanted to get out after a while due to this, but it didn’t put them off getting back in again once warmed up! The sea was warmer than the pool, I don’t think this would be an issue in the warmer months but we travelled end of October so was about 24/26 degrees. Despite this, we all had a great time in the pools. There is a baby pool with slides next to the main pool , slides , and also a separate kids pool with slides open for 2 hours morning and 2 hours afternoon. There is no sun loungers around the pools with slides, only the baby pool and main pool. You cannot use the lagoon pool/bar unless a guest in the lagoon rooms. You have to get up early to save a sun lounger if you want one, most were full by 7am. Snack bar - open 10.30am-5pm. Usually salad, chips, pizza, burgers etc. Later in the afternoon mini doughnuts and chocolate sauce is available. All food cooked fresh there are kept well topped up. Turkish pancakes and ice cream are available free next to the mini zoo (behind the gym). Rooms - we stayed in a deluxe club double room, this was one room with a double bed, a single bed and a travel cot. If you have 2 bigger kids then they add an extra single bed so they can sleep 4. The rooms were clean, made up everyday with fresh towels, large shower that was lovely and warm. Very small patio/balcony only really suitable for drying swimwear and storing inflatables. The club rooms are all really near to the main facilities. Shopping - there is a mall with shops and hairdressers, but it is cheaper if you go offsite to Fethiye, olu deniz or Calis. Transfer - we had a private transfer and it took 45 minutes from Dalaman. Shared transfer would be slightly longer. Cleanliness - the whole hotel was spotless, a whole team of staff and cleaning and tending to the gardens all the time to keep it looking great. Beach - loungers available, lovely jetty, beach pebbly but there is steps to get into the water to where is is more sandy. Steps down off the jetty for swimming and also a dive board. Lifeguards on the jetty during the day. The sunset is beautiful and a must see. Going out - we went to Calis (20 mins) , Fethiye (30 mins) and Olu Deniz (45 mins). There is taxis outside the hotel. We used the hotels mini bus as there was too many of us for one taxi and the driver was great and came back for us at the time we asked. You can book this at the reception. Olu Deniz blue lagoon is a must, great day out, shopping and lunch then a walk down to the blue lagoon (100 lira per person) for a swim. It’s lovely, still and shallow enough for a nice swim with kids too. Kids club - only used once but was enjoyed, there is a programme of activities for each day. Entertainment - this was great, kids disco at 8.30pm , main entertainment at 9.30pm each night. The entertainment team were really good, talented and professional. They also sometimes have acts coming from outside the hotel to perform which were also really good. Bars - cocktails only available from the beach bar, branded alcoholic drinks at all bars and also including coke, fanta, sprite. Nuts available behind the bar which we ate bucket loads of! Large bar in the centre where the snack bar is, pool bar, and a coffee bar near the slides for flavoured coffees and iced coffees. We thought this hotel was fantastic and cannot fault it, we had a really lovely time, the staff were great, friendly and the hotel was super clean. I would recommend booking If you are thinking of doing!

"It was pretty...however..."

6.0

Upon arriving after a horrible delay due to the signal failure this summer, we were greeted in a lobby that was dark and creepy. The night manager was rude and had such a sour expression on his face. He was rude and redused to sort out any of the problems we had regarding the rooms. The porter who took us to our rooms was trashing our luggages and even left some of our party outside the wrong room and just drove off, they had to haul their suitcases to the right room number which was up a flight of stairs. Although the morning reception team were more helpful and approachable and were able to deal with all the problems. Besides a select few staff majority of the staff were unresponsive and it felt like you were annoying them when asking for anything. There was no designated smoking area, everywhere you sat you were inhaling smoke. There was no room service and hot food was unavailable after 12. You could only eat dry salami sandwiches if you had the munchies at night. The resort was poorly lit all over, I even fell down the steps because the lights were nonexistent on the staircases at night near the lagoon rooms. Make sure to bring your mosquito repellent, we were bitten like mad! It was a pretty resort. However, the park rooms were a joke. The amount we paid and the quality of the rooms were horrible. Most of the party had to upgrade to have a semblance of a decent stay. The lagoon rooms were pretty, however they were quite run down on the inside. Floors were cracked and I could feel the crunchy parts under my feet. And the bathroom just did not match the rest of the interior. There was good entertainment and the food was tasty. Those were the perks. Had the morning staff not presented with a friendly disposition and helped sort out all the queries from the horrible check in experience, I would have to say I would have absolutely rated the hotel a lot lower. Over all the holiday was saved by the fact that our whole party of 12 made the most of the time and tried to look past the negative.

"Great family hotel"

8.0

Just returned home after spending October half term in Club Tuana. It was our first visit to Turkey and we are a family of 3 (two 45yr old adults and one 8 year old boy). We stayed in a deluxe family room and like other reviews have said, they're definitely dated but we weren't too bothered about that, they were fine for what we needed. The beds however are also just like other reviewers reported and are rock hard. My husband didn't mind at all but wow, I did really struggle. The weather was great, hotter than Kos same time last year. It rained one day and I would say to take little brollies with you if rain is forecast during your stay. The food was really nice, loads to choose from. We opted for the snack bar in the day and the restaurant at night. The snack bar served freshly cooked pizza, chips, salad and burgers. Our 8yr old is football mad and we didn't see him all day as the pool was too cold for him so he would play football all day with the plenty of other football crazy kids who would turn up throughout the day. He enjoyed the slides, they're open in the morning and then later on in the afternoon, again freezing at this time of year but a must to cool down after hours of playing football. Top tips: we took Turkish Lira and had no issues using this, they're quite happy to accept any currency, download the Tuana app, anything you need you can get via the app, the hotel responds to it very quickly. If the mozzies usually like you, take the strongest spray you can find, they will get you! They are most prominent on the grass football field and by the 3G pitch, I couldn't even walk past it without getting bitten, in the day! Hire a cabana for the day £53 and well worth the experience. Unless you're up early, you won't get a sunbed but chilling on the pier is great and sunbeds are a plenty. Sunsets are out of this world. Take long sleeves for the evenings, it gets nippy when the sun's gone in. Go see the birds by the ice cream bar, they are beautiful and sooo cute. Take water shoes if you like going in the sea, there are shingles, alternatively just jump in from the pier if you're brave enough. If you are a lover of bread and pastries, do not book this hotel, you will be a stone heavier when you leave, it's irresistible. You can shower in the spa on your last day so don't need to book your room for extra time if you've a late flight. Finally, go to the Tuesday market, take the bus outside the hotel as it's cheaper than a taxi and a great experience. Write a list and get all your Christmas presents! The fresh produce is stunning and delicious, have a small breakfast on this day! There's a toilet there, but it'll cost you (£1 or so lol). Try the fresh rose Turkish delight if you're a lover, you won't be disappointed. The Turkish people are so friendly, the hotel entertainment team work tirelessly and are all so happy, even at the end of the season. Would highly recommend this hotel for a family getaway!!

"Fantastic hotel, great staff"

10.0

Tuana has everything you need for a brilliant family holiday. Despite what must be a long slog of a summer all the staff were still smiling and putting in their best effort. Entertainment team especially make you feel welcome, Sadam and Anastasia especially. Top tip - if you play football in the evening go on Vlad's team!
