"Lucinda always welcomes our family and makes us feel at home."

Lucinda is so courteous. Everytime we come here we try to check in and say hi to her. She greets our little ones and they remember her each time they come with us or their parents. Lucinda is a great front facing representative for the lodge and she makes us feel welcomed and is reflective of what any company would want as a world class employee. My youngest is 9 and he said Miss Lucinda gets a 15 stars out of 10 stars. You are lucky to have her. I hope she stays with Great Wolf Lodge a long time!

"Another awesome family vacation"

These three (Ivy, Sonia, and Tyler) did an awesome job in the arcade redemption room. My daughter had her card taken by someone else who tried to redeem it while we were in there. They did an amazing job deescalating the situation while also being super helpful and patient with my kids while they took a long time picking their stuff out even though it was closed. Thank you guys so much for your customer service and patience! This is why we love great wolf for our annual family vacations!
