Das Hotel hat uns in allen Bereichen völlig überzeugt. Wir haben rein gar nichts zu bemängeln. Vom Check-In bis zur Reinigung und dem Essen, alles einfach nur zum genießen. Wir haben uns stets wohl und völlig gastfreundlich behandelt gefühlt. Das war wirklich Urlaub! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle, wirklich alle unglaublich nett und freundlich! So etwas haben wir noch nirgends erlebt. Als deutscher Tourist ist das ein völliger Kontrast zur Servicewüste Deutschland. Vielen Dank für diesen wirklich rundum schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Ein ganz großes Lob an die unermüdlich, fleißigen und freundlichen Mitarbeiter, in allen Bereichen! Wir reisten als Familie zu viert und hatten die Familien-Suite. Betten, Sauberkeit alles tadellos!

Our first time staying at this hotel and won't be the last! From start to finish we couldn't fault anything. Friendly, helpful, clean, great food and drinks, beautiful hotel and pools. We went all inclusive which was well worth it. A short walk to the beach and shops which we loved everyday. We stayed at the adult pool most of the time and it was so peaceful and relaxing with its own bar perfect for couples wanting to get away from busy lives and switch off. Could of easily stayed for 10 days instead of a week. Overall a very good 4 star hotel.

This was our 10th visit to this hotel. We booked a swim up room for ourselves & a double for our daughter. Both rooms were lovely as usual, the beds are really comfortable & the room is cleaned daily to a high standard. The mini bar is also restocked daily. My only niggle with the renovated rooms is that is not as soundproof as it used to be. I think this is because of the adjoining room door being thinner than it used to be so you can hear the neighbours so much more than before. There is also only one light in the bathroom so if you need to use it in the middle of the night, because of the glass partition, the whole room lights up & wakens your partner. This was much better before when there was an additional smaller light just above the toilet. Anyway, this is just my personal preferrence & would not stop me from rebooking the hotel. The staff are all as friendly & welcoming as usual, special shout out to Juan Carlos in the restaurant, he takes good care of us during every stay & even took a cake to my daughter for her birthday when we hadn't even mentioned it was. All the staff from reception, restaurant, bar & even housekeeping always remember us every year although I'm not sure how they do with all the visitors they get. The swim up room is so peaceful & pleasant & gets the sun from morning till around 4pm which is just perfect for us. It looks like they have fixed the issue with the swimwear going green as I had no issues this year. The main pool & adult pool were not used by ourselves this year but there is no issues with sunbeds & you can always see a few empty at any time of day. My husband has mobility issues & cannot walk a great distance, however the hotel has plenty of ramps & the surrounding area is very easy to navigate with a wheelchair or scooter. Unfortunately I fell ill half way through the holiday this year so missed out on quite a few meals & evenings at the bar. The staff were always asking how I was & if there was anything they could do to help which was a lovely gesture. Overall I had another great holiday & will be back again very soon. I have no hestiation in recommending the Protur Sa Coma Playa to anyone thinking about visiting.

Visited after a week’s cruise for 7 days. All inclusive. Easy check in at around midday , room was ready so went straight to it. Room ( 365 ) lift or stairs to get to it, very spacious plenty of storage space. Shower is a very good size, all clean & tidy. Bed was comfortable. Balcony very good size with 2 chairs & table also an outside light for the evening and hanger for drying clothes on. As we were AI we had a fridge with soft drinks, water, juice & beer, topped up daily, also a couple packets of crisp as well. Room is cleaned daily ( excellent service) if you want, if you don’t need it cleaned then press the button just inside the door to say so, though be careful we did this one day & the fridge didn’t get topped up. The room has AC and good lighting all easily controlled. You get 2 beach towels which you may change I think 3 times a €10 each deposit is required & returned to you you on return of the towels at the end of your stay ( cash only ) The main pool area is very spacious with plenty of sun beds, tables & umbrellas. The pool itself is clean & kept at a reasonable temperature. There is a quiet adult only pool as well , we looked at it and it’s very well maintained like the main pool, although we didn’t use it. The pool bar is very good & staff very helpful and friendly, good choice of drinks non alcoholic, alcoholic & coffee. Buffet room. Breakfast very good choice of food, although if you do plan to miss breakfast & go for the continental breakfast served at the pool bar don’t bother only a small selection of fruit & some pastries are available. Lunch time choices were very good. Evening meal times you require smart casual dress and are always welcomed by a friendly member of staff. The choice of food is excellent in the evenings a great choice of fish & meat cooked freshly whilst you wait & plenty of other foods to choose from, all at a high standard. The waiters/waitresses are very friendly, very attentive & hard working. One point I will make when busy in the evening the buffet hall does get very warm. Evening entertainment good & a good variety. The bar staff in the evening again are very attentive & efficient, the drinks are all of a high standard. There is plenty of seating outside if you want to avoid either the children’s or adults entertainment. The beach is about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel. No reflection on the hotel itself but we found Sa Coma a little bit dare I say not to traditionally Mallorcan, so we did use the local bus service & taxis to go visit S’Illot, Cala Bona & our favourite Porto Cristo all well worth a visit. Would recommend the hotel definitely. Thank you to all the hard working staff.

This is the hotel we measure every other hotel by. Once again a lovely holiday. Once again the magical staff from Miguel, Tibu and Oscar in the Pool Side snack bar to magical Paloma and Jose in the main restaurant made a huge difference to us. I don’t know how they remember us from one visit to the next but they do. They remember our different needs because of a disability and instinctively and without prompting accommodate those needs seemlessly. One less fight makes for a happy and wonderful holiday. Every year they reserve the same table for us. Every year they allocate rooms that meet the needs of our loved one. This year we had a little trouble with room A/C. Our loved one’s A/C broke down three times. Each time it was being repaired with in minutes of us complaining. Once again they were taking the needs of our loved one into consideration - because our loved one’s needs came first. Just wonderful. All I can say is thank you once again for a lovely holiday.

Staff mostly friendly but some are not made to serve people. Especially at the Poolbar.

Just come back from this fabulous hotel, my wife and I are disabled and staff couldn’t do enough for us food and rooms are top class loved the adult swimming pool area. Went over to sister hotel over the road for dinner 1 night which was disappointing. Best hotel we’ve stayed in

This is the best hotel we have stayed at.The food was amazing and there was something for everyone.The service in the restaurant was fantastic. We were staying in a double room with a balcony which was spotless and modern.The beds were comfy and the rainfall shower was fabulous. Our favourite part of the hotel was the adult only pool area that was so tranquil and relaxing.We were so impressed with this hotel that we have booked again for next year.

Stayed for 7 nights and it's been great. The staff are all nice and friendly, each day you are greeted at the restaurant with a hello and smile. The waiters and waitresses are all very friendly and interact with our toddler. The fella who does the entertainment is a lovely lad too he always stops for a chat and puts the effort in with the mini disco. We didn't catch the shows after as it was the little ones bad time The food is actually not too bad for an all inclusive plenty of choice and they are generous with the alcoholic drinks. You can get proper baileys and amaretto plus lots more. Try the amaretto with some lime it's like summer in your mouth I'd definitely recommend this hotel it's not too big where you get lost like we found at the safari hotel over the road. We had a walk around there and it seemed very chaotic so we were glad we booked playa. The pool was actually a decent temperature and once in you was alright. The kids pool was also a good temperature And on the final night we came back to chocolates on the pillow which was a nice touch they probably felt sorry for us after seeing us be ran ragged by our little one for a week 😅 Oh there is an adults only pool which looked very peaceful too. Also have English tv channels and we managed to watch love island when the little one went to sleep 😂

Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kinder in einer Suite untergebracht gewesen und waren mit dem Komfort sehr zufrieden. Die Halbpension war für uns für die Woche ausreichend und bot auch Abwechselung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Schön, dass es einen separaten Poolbereich für Erwachsene gibt, die den Familien und Kindern mal "entfliehen" wollen. Der kleine Kinderpool neben dem kleinen Spielplatz war angenehm temperiert. Der größere (Nicht-)Schwimmerpoolbereich war schön zum Schwimmen, Tauchen, Bahnen ziehen und Planschen.. die Tiefe nimmt von einer zur anderen Seite zu, was sehr angenehm war. Freie Liegen konnten wir immer finden. Die Snackauswahl an der Poolbar für nicht All-In'ler könnte gerade für Kinder noch kleinere (gesunde/frische) Snacks wie zB Obst anbieten, Eis, Pommes und Co gab es aber. Die Kidnerdisco am Abend ist im Vergleich zu größeren Hotelanlagen nebenan eher ruhig und bescheiden, für die kleinsten reicht es aber aus. Ab dem Schulalter ists dann eher nicht mehr interessant. Das Abendprogramm danach war abwechslungsreich. Beides findet innen statt. Wir in der obersten Etage fühlten uns nicht gestört davon, haben keinen Ton gehört, das war gut. Auch von den Programmen in der Umgebung wird man nicht gestört. Der Spaziergang zum Strand (10-20 Min) ist auch mit Kindern gut machbar.. bummeln und Eis essen auf dem Weg möglich, auch an einem Spielplatz kommt man vorbei.. ggf an den Buggy denken ;-) Reiten ist in der Nähe auch möglich. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)
