Among the worst ever!!! Elevator didn't work. Room on second floor required three flights to climb. Unduly large bathroom took up one third of the room. It had no door. The bed mattress was lumpy. Condition of the room poor. Balcony overlooked a roof covered with debris. Balcony chair was torn. Was about four blocks from the cruise terminal, my destination.

cannot recommend this facility to any friend of mine.

This is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in and the staff (receptionist and person at breakfast) were incredibly rude.

Basic 3* Hotel, location is ok for airport/downtown/marina.wifi is free but only works in lobby.rooms are ok size but bathrooms are small.good bed with flat screen tv.had to change rooms twice as aircon doesn't work in all rooms(asked many times for aircon remote control).buffet breakfast incl(cook your own eggs).local area unsafe @ night.left luggage facility.no do not disturb signs for doors.water & soft drinks available from reception.& a post box.

I needed a place to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. This was the closest location, in a very sketchy neighbourhood. I walked down the road to get pizza and stayed in my room the rest of the night. The hotel room was clean with all necessities needed. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Although we asked the front desk for a wake up call, and never got it. Good thing we had an iPad, because there is no alarm clock. They work with a taxi company, so it was a relief not having to try to arrange something for my flight. However the guy who arrived as the taxi driver was a bit rude. Over all, stay here only if you have to. Other wise spend the few extra dollars to go a bit further out of the ghetto.

The location may be the only convenience. The rest is simply terrible. Unhelpful (borderline rude) staff, dusty rooms, cramped bathrooms, dodgy bed linen. Not to mention the continuous very loud noises. It is a certain type of public that frequents this hotel it seems and smashing doors and shouting in the corridors does not guarantee you a decent night rest. The loud noises simply never stop.... On top of that there was no remote for the television and the airco did not work.... SIMPLY AVOID THIS HOTEL....it is a dump!!

very poor part of town,linens were clean but tattered, hotel staff not very helpful, a good 15 minutes from the airport, wouldn't recommend it

Already to find the place you must be genius as in the dark it is not lit and when you finally find a parking with the hotel signposted, it is not the hotel parking but a paid parking, that cannot be accessed during the night. Reception is like entering a prison. The interior of the hotel is dreadful, the room was smelly. Bed was clean so that was the only positive. Breakfast was horrible, tasteless, you had to beg for a piece of bread, at least half the items supposed to be available were not. The people supposed to serving were trying to hide as to not be asked any questions

In the middle of Town access kind of difficult to find main lobby. Dangerous at nights! Needs to get more modern.

My room had a small balcony with the view on the Marina. Good surprise !
