Our stay was a complete and utter shambles we paid an additional £15 for early check in. We couldn't get in, infact this made us super late to our event. There were 3 other couples complaining. The cleaners didn't speak a word of English. The room was incredibly basic. Flat batteries in tv remote, bulbs not working main light. No hand towels. The shower was literally a pipe sticking out from the ceiling. Absolute disgrace. We have asked for a refund inc our £15 for the early check in. They ate ignoring us, and infact messaged us their direct details telling us to bypass you in the future for better rates. Id suggest you remove them from your listing

Location good for the races

Lack of facilities, no cup to make coffee in, no face wash, no bath mat, no hairdryer which was particularly upsetting as I needed to get ready for the races.

Was clean and perfect for my stay

Was so hot , no fan and no biscuits to go with hot drinks

Absolutely nothing.

No window, no ventilation. Fan in toilet stayed on for a minimum of 45 minutes after use, all night. Electrical wiring exposed cabling everywhere in room. Probably illegal. One towel for a two day stay one tea bag for two days. The whole place was like an echo chamber. You could literally everything that was said and done by other guests including the use of toilet !

Very pleasant bed comfortable.

No cups for coffee only glasses. Not easy to hold hot liquids.

Cheap and conveniently located. The shower head entertained - it was water pipe hanging out the ceiling. Comfy bed.

Nothing to dislike.

The main positive aspect of the property was its convenient location. It was close to the train station and a shopping centre, which made getting around and accessing amenities very easy.

Unfortunately, several issues during my stay significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. The property advertised soundproof rooms, but this was not my experience. I could clearly hear conversations in the corridor, noise from neighboring rooms, and even other guests' alarms going off in the morning. In addition, the room's ventilation system was quite loud and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also disruptive at night. The extractor fan continued running for some time after the light was switched off, creating unnecessary noise whenever I needed to use the bathroom. The bed was extremely firm, and both the mattress and pillows were much harder than I found comfortable. As a result, I did not sleep well during my stay. I was traveling with my three-year-old child, and the glossy, smooth tiles throughout the apartment created a slipping hazard. Unfortunately, my child did fall once during our stay. We also tried to use the communal kitchen, but there was a very unpleasant odor throughout the area. It appeared to be in need of a thorough deep clean, and the smell made it uncomfortable to spend time there. Also, there were no mugs available in the room, which made it inconvenient to prepare and enjoy hot drinks. Finally, although check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., the host did not respond promptly with the building access code. We were left waiting outside with our young child for approximately 25 minutes before we could enter. However, parking was limited. During my stay, there were not enough parking spaces available, and on one occasion I had to leave my car parked on the street overnight. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the noise issues, uncomfortable bedding, safety concerns, kitchen cleanliness problems, missing kitchen essentials, and delayed check-in made the experience disappointing and not in line with the expectations set by the listing.
