Pool no work servece poor service poor no waste the money

It was molded in the room. The sheets weren't clean and the stove didn't work at all

The pictures are extremely edited, it looked nothing like the photos, all the pools including the spas were closed! When asking for “room service” they refuse to come clean the room, I stayed there for an entire week and not once did they clean my room, just disgusting, I asked them multiple times for full room service and they still didn’t service my room!!! NEVER BOOK AT THIS FAKE ASS RESORT THAT’S TRASH!!!!

There is no restaurant, bar or pool. Pools are broke down but can tell they have been for a long time. Rooms were nasty and bathroom door was broken. Beautiful view but can get that other places as well. TERRIBLE PLACE.

We loved the hotel. The check in staff were great. None of the pools ,hottubs,lazy river ,pool bar or restaurant was opened. That was fine because was told that the hotel amenities fee wont be charged. But upon check out when i asked for a copy of my bill i was being charged one day of amenities fees and they were charging me more a day to stay than i was soppesed to pay. They said they would refund my 25.00 amenities fee but it will take like 5- 7 days. That is fine. I will be keeping check of my account. As for the over charge on the room which is about 65.00 total over charge they said there was nothing they could do. I said i wanted to talk to a manager and they said that there was no manager on site. This is very upsetting 😡 and the pools have been out of order for a while now from the reviews i just looked at. I had reserved this place back in may. You would figure that they would give you a courtesy message or call to let you know that the things that attract you to there hotel arent available for our stay.

No pool in the middle of a heat wave

The beds are comfortable, however the A/C leaked into the floor of the room, the bathtub didnt drain properly (due to sand but still) we had a room with a kitchenette and the website said they provided cookware and utensils- i asked for these at check in, and was told thy would bring them up. When no one brought it up after 3 hours i went back down and when i asked this time i was told when theyre at capacity they dont have enough totes. Even tho i asked when i checked in, they had no record of that!!! Every one of the pools were closed, staff didnt know when theyd be open. and the restaurant advertised is not open.

The room was awful, shower had a crack in the bad rod the shower so it felt like you were gonna fall through.. the floor was dirty and the room smelled awful. There’s no coffee shop and the Pool and lazy river were both out of order our whole time we were there

We specifically booked because of the variety of pools/lazy river/hot tubs to accommodate our five-year-old grandsons birthday as well as our family vacation. We arrived on Monday and checked out on Saturday. We were told daily that the repairs would be made and the pool would be open.

This was a terrible hotel. Pool and lazy river was closed. Room was not ready upon arrival. Room was disgusting. Ice machine is on every floor, but only the one on 11th floor works.
