Sandcastle Oceanfront Resort South Beach

Advised wrong‼️‼️‼️. Awful ‼️‼️‼️‼️

This property was the worse place I’ve bed stayed at. Staff was rude and very unhelpful. Every pool was closed our whole stay because the state closed them down. They lost their liquor licenses so no tiki bar. The restaurant was closed. Rooms dirty and outdated

My family & I stayed for 4 days & 3 nights. There is nothing terrible to say about this hotel. Bed was comfortable, bedding was clean, towels were clean. Hotel is outdated. Had an odor upon entering our room. Hard to explain but it eventually faded. I loved the ocean views for that unbeatable price! I loved how affordable this hotel was. The staff was friendly. We got checked in fairly quickly. The gym seems to be brand new. The pools were closed our entire stay but we had the option to go to the neighboring hotel pools. If you want luxury, this is not the hotel for you. If you just want somewhere comfortable & affordable to stay then this is perfect for you.

Very poor services, pool, hot tub, lasyriver was closed only has access to the beach, grandkids did not enjoy the stay

The front desk people are untrained to deal with guests.

The room was clean ,the staff was lovely, an the hot tub spa was excellent

Our experience was not good. Pictures f the rooms and thr hotel are deceiving. Rooms need cleaned. Hotel is delapidating. Staff wasnt personable. Pos and hot tub were closed. I paid for a 2 hour early check in and did not get to chrck in until 3 minutes prior to check in.

It was great be back next year with the family's
