AC units leaked water. Lots of rust over everything. Room had a general odor. Pool was shutdown. No sheets for the food out Murphy bed. The room was a good temperature and everything in the room worked fine. Generally clean.

Terrible the toilet broke the shower would randomly burn the crap out of you the marijuana smell was out raging and the beds were like sleeping on rocks all there was to cover up with was sheets and they would only give you 2 blankets only if you asked so we had to go buy blankets we were so miserable that we left 3 days before we were supposed to this was just awful!

Where should I start..the management was very rude. Pools stayed closed my entire trip, the elevator barely worked, they had to bring us a new tv because the one we had didn’t work. Room floors were dirty and the WiFi barely worked. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I feel as though they should refund some of my money back. Also all pots pans etc you had to request them from the desk and they took their precious time getting them to you. I’m highly disappointed and I’m 100% positive they will see more reviews like this.

The room was clean. And the AC was on which was nice. We were also allowed to check in early with no charge. The staff was helpful and kind. The property is just in need of some repairs and updates

The wife and I stayed here for two nights on June 19th through the 21st. We were very disappointed with our room compared to the pictures we seen online when we booked. The room was very outdated, dirty, the tv had no channels and the towels were very rough and had stains on them to name a few issues. Out of the three hot tubs, one was not working, one had cold water and one working were full of guest. A lot of things we felt just wasn't being kept up. Several things stated in the description were not true. The beds were comfy though...

None of the pools, hot tubs or lazy river were open and since it was raining was really disappointing.

Nothing it was horrible!!!! No customer service at all. Nothing worked properly.

It was horrible place was dirty, I ask for a room change they said there wasn’t any. Ask for refund and they didn’t give a refund even though I didn’t stay one night.

The building is old and run down. The A/C was set to 61 degrees in our room but we sweat all night. While the white sheets smelled cleaned, they had yellow stains on them. Sofa and furniture was outdated and the amenities like the pools and hot tubs were closed half the time we were there. Would not recommend until a major renovation happens. The front door desk clerks were great tho.
