Copal Tulum Hotel

Copal staff were very accommodating the roof top pool was a vibe. on site Restaurant food was good. Property looks just like the photos. I enjoyed my nice hot showers! Zama Market and 7/11 nearby for snacks, you need a bike or car. I will be back!

Beautiful hotel, anaxing staff. Wonderful room. The area is under construction to build in nto a resortcarea and needs work but tge hotel and local residents were anazing.

Staff was great and rooms were very nice!

I travelled to Tulum as a solo female traveler. I felt very safe in at the property. It’s an easy 10 minute walk into town, the first time I did the walk a felt a little unsure but it’s safe during the day. At night I would not do this walk, definitely take a taxi The hotel was tranquil and beautiful. The food was excellent. I stayed in a room with the rooftop pool. I highly recommend this. Some ground level rooms have pools that face the walking paths which are not private and get little sun

This hotel is beautiful!!! We stayed in the one bedroom two floor with a pool. It was very quiet and private. Food was one of the best we ate during our stay from the restaurant serving lunch. We didn’t try the sushi place. The staff goes above and beyond. Maximus greeted us each morning with the nicest smile and recommended places to eat. After our stay, our rental’s battery died and we had to ask for help, 3 grounds/maintenace workers rushed in to help. I am so thankful for them! All around a very wonderful experience. Would stay here again!
