The hotel didn't meet expectations, pictures are better that actual hotel conditions, this property needs renovations and better customer service. Don't book rooms with "private pool", book cheapest room. Better choose any hotel chain, the service will be much better. Just consider it as a place where to stay, you will need to buy everything on top, so you will add a lot of mo

Stayed here 2/26-3/5. Overall great experience. The property is super cute and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The two restaurants are great, especially Kokoro! Would definitely stay here again!

Staff is amazing, grounds are beautiful. The main pool is lovely and the restaurant was great. I feel the room could have used a little renovation and the location is a bit inconvenient I recommend renting bikes
