Everything expected and even more. The staff when you first arrive are super personal and keep a friendship the whole time you are there. We stayed a week. Every evening coral filled the air. The hotel is some what off the beaten path, but still ina central location to restaurants.

The restaurant was decent. Recommend the upstairs Japanese restaurant. Call ahead to see if you can book a whole apartment rather than a single room as the room itself is rather small.

Nice staff. Good meal and drink options. Overall a very good value, but a little bit of a walk from the main tulum strip
