Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa All Inclusive

We stayed here with a big group, and let me start off by saying we will never return. The beds smelled and they refused to put a bottom sheet on the bottom(we tipped everyday), there were tiny spider like bugs on the bar top of Churchill’s everywhere, both times we visited. The Coati’s were really out of hand this year, the jumped up on the table and stole my grandsons 3 pancakes(and he wasn’t feeding them). Dinner reservations could not be got for 2 of the parties, (The parties with children)except at Poseidon 9:00 and after.(which stunk so bad of seaweed it made my DIL sick). We ate at El Dorado and our steaks were grey color and we actually knew better and shouldn’t have eaten them we did and we both were up sick. The only good dinner we had was at La Adelita and it was wonderful. Shuttle service was a joke, they would pass you right up, except on TRS side. We have traveled to all of the Grand Palladium Resorts in Mexico & the Caribbean and I was actually going to buy in to the travel club this visit, but this place is a 3* at best and there are so many better resorts with much better food and service. Don’t waste your time with this place you will be disappointed.

We ate at Sumptori with David doing our dinner show. Araceli was our waitress and they both did a great job! David was very entertaining and made it a lot of fun!!

We were under the impression we still had access to white sands which is not the case any more. Couldn’t get any restaurant reservations.

Staff was not friendly or informative they ignored us lots of times. The food was mediocre and no variety from day to day Some staff were rude and had attitude

great resort, food was good, grounds were spotless. we had a great week. the pools were very large. beach bar in the family selection was the best!

We had the best time with Leydi and Desideiro at Bar Jaritta. They had incredible service and were extremely friendly! Highlight of the trip!

Nice place to stay.Very friendly staff,great service. Pool and spa are great but if you are beach person maybe you are not happy guy. Spa experience was great and Night shows specially Latina show was fun and awesome.There are Lot's of activities everyday but make sure you know about that.Reserving a la carte restaurants weren't easy on the app but concierge helped us out.Room was clean and everyday room service was available.Bathroom was clean and roomy enough. Maybe some experiences could be better but,we will choose this place again.Dario,Emanuel from guest service,Jazi from coffee party and Viviana and Angelica from from Spa and massage served us different level of customer service and super friendly. Gym was great ,clean and having access from6am to 9pm. Bar amd drink were great and bar tenders were friendly and ready to serve you.

After many years of my wife trying to get me to go to Mexico, I went 40 years ago to Mazatlan, she finally convinced me to go to Tulum. We chose the Grand Palladium Katenah through friends of ours. The entire resort blew all my expectations away. First class operation, clean, friendly staff and many nice restaurants to choose from. My only real complaint is the "sweetener" they put in the drinks. I have a keen sense of taste that detects this corn syrup sweetener and I don't like it. The buffets are great when you are in a hurry and don't wish to make a reservation for a restaurant. Great evening entertainment. Just an overall great place.
