City River Hotel

Great location, exceptional service, secure, good breakfast buffet.

The staff were so polite and friendly. We loved the room, pool, happy hour and breakfast.

Terrific Stay at this hotel! The location was perfect near the Old Town and the river - rooftop pool to die for! All the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at this hotel 11 years ago, and it hasn't changed much (which is fine/good). They're doing some renovations now (Oct18) so it seems they maintain the property regularly (painting at least). It's a good basic hotel, in an excellent central location, with good sized rooms, a rooftop bar/pool, and the addition of an in room safe is very welcome this time. Service & friendliness of staff is really excellent. Nothing flash, but very clean and quite spacious.

Very friendly staff easy walk to Pub Street. The hotel is centrally located wilts some great coffee shops just minutes away, it also has a nice rooftop pool & bar.

Overall, the property was really good and the staff was wonderful and attentive. The AC in our room was superb, and at night, very quite. On the negative side, one of the 2 elevators was broken throughout our 3 day visit and the location was not as ideal as I had hoped. Turns out the majority of restaurants, shops, and things to see in the town of Siem Reap are on the other side of the river. Luckily, there are two bridges nearby that make it easy to cross, but if you want to go anywhere, you almost always need a taxi or tuk tuk. However, those were cheap to hire, so it was a minor negative.

Great hotel great location! Only issue is AC doesn't get as cold as we would like. But great friendly staff, good breakfast!

The hotel is close to the markets and great coffee shops and restaurants. The staff will happily arrange tours and bookings for guests.

Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Clean room. Pool with lovely view of city on top floor. Great location!

Very friendly staff and helpful. Close to the Royal Palace and the the river front. The set menu for dinner didn't change in the 9 day we were there. The rooftop bar and spa was a good place to chill out.
