The huge influx of very ignorant and dirty East Indians that treat staff and white guests terribly

This is the perfect hotel for getting away from it all, it’s in a unique location with a lovely beach and plenty of beds to lie on. The staff are also very friendly and the hotel has a great pool and gym. The rooms are however a little tired and in need of renovation as is the exterior of the hotel in parts. The walk up several stairs and a couple of steep hills to our room also became a bit of a drag towards the end of our stay mainly because of the heat and humidity. It’s definitely worth staying at this hotel though.

good hotel if your looking for a quiet getaway from busy Ao nang.. Nice beach , clean modern rooms. signs of wear and tear in the property shows needs for maintenance on the exterior grounds. Staff are all wonderful

We liked the location but had various problems that included: power outages over a two days/nights, bed was very uncomfortable and we had a leaky sink. The staff was nice but the property needs some TLC. We ended up leaving early.

The resort was nice and all very nice and on the beach but the sounds of loud frogs and toads was very disturbing at night couldn’t sleep at all they spend so much on everything else they should really put sound proof windows

The resort is beautiful, awesome beach. The restaurants are mediocre at best and cost 10 times more than anywhere else in Thailand. The place is big and built on a cliff but if you want a ride to the room you need to wait half an hour. The staff does a favour when addressing any issue. For the price they charge I can not recommend

Great location but service is below par. Ferry from pier to hotel can be a hassle. Checkin experience was slow and painful too. Staff is courteous but doesn’t seem too bothered towards customer comfort or requirements. However, the location is great and private beach is nice too. So if you are here for few days of quiet, relaxed holiday - it’s fine. But if you want to go to other parts too , it can be a hassle and you would loose time in transfers. Food / restaurants at the hotel are expensive too. Breakfast is decent.

Ideal location. Isolated but can still walk/climb and desend stairs into Krabi, the "monkey path". Staff does an excellent job, unequivocally! Especially when you consider the property will be closed in 3 months time for a much needed renovation. Was told the property opened its doors in 2006. If you plan on staying before the renovation please lower your expectations in regards to the conditions of rooms and other facilities.
