Really Lovely staff & beautiful decor in the lobby area . Philipe was so welcoming at breakfast , lovely buffet. Shuttle service was fantastic to pick up our elderly dog. Ski to door .

The Spa closed far too early. Extremely dated all needs a refurbish We had a two bedroom suite needs a refurbish as also very dated. Unfortunately the food in the evening restaurant was really not good .I asked for a few vegetables which they didn’t have I was a bit surprised as it’s a 5 star hotel. Trying to hard to make it fancy . Hotel Montana down the road was fantastic .

Being charged to park, given the price this was unreasonable

Perfect size of a luxury hotel , With perfect suites designed for a family The breakfast and dinner were superb

Amazing location right on the slopes and easy walk to all restaurants and shops. Wonderful staff, made everything so easy from ski hire and return delivered to the hotel.

WiFi wasn’t great! Would have liked shower heads not hand held but minor things - we loved it and would return

Beautiful rooms, great location! Excellent team at reception.

Would be great if there was a hot tub or the pool was slightly warmer and coffee was a bit more accessible in the morning.

Cet établissement n’est en AUCUN cas un 5 étoiles mais présente des infrastructures : couloirs, chambre et équipement d’un 3 étoiles maximum. Donc très très décevant.
