Lack of senior management on the night of our stay contributed to slow service gents toilets need a good clean and there was no light bulb in my bedside light so I could not read

Ein tolles Hotel mit dem Charm vergangener Jahrhunderte. Historische Einrichtung. Schönes, relativ großes Zimmer mit Blick zur Kirche. Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und Eierspeisen aus der Küche auf Bestellung. Sehr nettes Personal mit guten Tipps. Zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen durch den Ort und Ausflug nach Balmoral.

Im Bad lies sich das Fenster nicht öffnen. Einige Steckdosen funktionierten nicht (oder wir haben es nicht hinbekommen...). Wieder nur eine Decke zum Zudecken für 2 Personen.

Nice location in Ballater, very friendly people and traditional lounge.

The room was very small and the bathroom only for slim people. Almost no place to open 2 suitcases. Absolutely inadequate for the given price.

Great location. Staff were nice.

Was a bit too dog friendly for me as unfortunately I’m allergic to dogs. Didn’t realise how dog friendly it was until we arrived to a very large one at reception followed by numerous others. Had to vacate the bar area due to my eyes swelling up with being surrounded by dogs.

Hatten Frühstück dazu gebucht. War ein Buffett und nach Karte. War sehr gut. Das Abendessen war auch ausgesprochen lecker. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Größe war etwas beengend

Teilweise die Freundlichkeit von einigen Angestellten war gewöhnungsbedürftig für dieses Hotel.
