Very friendly staff even when busy

Fabulous hotel ,lovely bar, lovely atmosphere, wonderful staff very obliging, very comfortable bed. The room was lovely and spacious.

I had a really good experience at The Hoban Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything easy and comfortable. The hotel has a modern, chic feel to it—stylish but relaxed. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It felt well looked after, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice spot with a good atmosphere and solid service. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you're in the area and looking for somewhere pleasant and reliable to stay.

Lovely spacious rooms, great breakfast selection, including gluten free options. Dez was friendly and helpful. Free parking and plenty of it, which made it an easier stay. Would have liked to have stayed longer!

A lovely hotel just off the dual carriage way with great friendly staff. A lovely breakfast, easy parking, a lovely cream tea and a free glass of wine if book with them direct. All the staff were so lovely particularly Dez. Thanks for a lovely trip and we will be back. It has a lovely garden out the back and nice to enjoy a glass of wine.

Great meal, staff very good Johnny was excellent fast and efficient in the restaurant, food was excellent. The rooms are an excellent size and very comfortable.

We are a group of 36 pilgrims from Toronto, Canada. The people here at this hotel are amazing especially Marie. She goes above and beyond to make you feel special. There is nothing you can ask that is too much. Service here is wonderful. The room was big, clean, and beds comfortable. We had abnormally hot weather so rooms were a bit warm. The food was yummy. I definitely would recommend a stay here as the Irish hospitality was amazing! Hats off to Marie, you left us with warm fuzzy impressions of our stay!

Great stay

Our room was well appointed and very clean. There is no air conditioning so we received a fan on request. We ate dinner in the restaurant and the food and the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel. At breakfast we received exceptional service by Dez.

I would like to thank Savio and Regan for going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service! We arrived late and the restaurant was closed but they provided us some options to graciously meet our needs and it was greatly appreciated!! Thank you very much. Then the next morning Chris made us a specialty coffee before we headed out. It’s clear that customer service is at the core of their work because it felt so authentic. Thank you for the great experience and I would stay again.
