We are sooo happy with this hotel! Everything was perfect: rooms,view,hospitality. Such a beautiful,clean and comfortable hotel! The food is amazing-you do not expect for such a great cuisine from “all inclusive” hotel. And the stuff is so friendly and sweet-after 2 days you feel like at home:) Freddy - you are the best ! Maria- we miss you already !!! Thank you for everything and see you next year!!!!

We enjoyed our first holiday in Rhodes, lovely location and we loved the spending the day on the beach. Very friendly and attentive staff, especially in the American/ Greek restaurant. Loved the freshly made pizza on the beach too. Buffet restaurant choices and the evening entertainment was a little disappointing and not 5* in my opinion. Overall pleasant experience.

Very nice, staff friendly and helpful, all inclusive around the clock, wonderful with the children. Restaurants excellent, main dining room average. Great beach

Great hotel. Things I thought they should work on- bath isn't safe for kids cause the sink is very very hot. My kids touch it and it was burning... second, the children club is on the beach only and its less comfortable. I think it should be another one in the hotel itself

Very friendly staff as usual. We have stayed at a few of the Mitsis Hotels and they are all lovely, clean and comfy with plenty of variety of food and drink.

Location good Entertainment and staff great ALthough kids beach play area would be better covered Lovely beach bar Restaurant staff in main restaurant and Greek restaurant very moody at times Theodora in the main restaurant made us feel very welcomed though Reception guy a bit rude Also you are told a 5 min detailed account of where to get towels, what time the other restaurants open etc etc I watched other families arrive late too and glaze over and all the information given in one go A print out would be much better !! Room was fine and clean

Went to collect our daughter on the first day from the kids club to find that she was not there and they had let her out without us collecting her. And signing her out . We found her crying walking around the busy beach looking for us .The kids club had no toilet facilities and we were told that the children had to make there own way to the toilet which was too far away . Disgrace . We reported this and was told they were going to refurbish the mini club next year . The swimming pool was too small to cater for 1000 people and was too deep for the children to touch the bottom of the pool.and could not join in any pool Games or activities . We had to queue for 20 min morning and night to get into the restaurant. The bar was so busy at night and no seats available . No sun beds at the pool or beach . Drinks in the day were served in tiny plastic cups and long queues due drinks . No maid service for two days . And smashed glass left on the balcony after reporting to reception .Airconditioning not working for two days . Room covered with ants . This hotel is a disgrace and our holiday was ruined . No compensation offered

I truly can’t find any faults! In a great location for beach and pool and all other facilities. Room was spacious and cool, quiet location, but in reaching distance of bars and music should you wish to leave to hotel! Great entertainment for the kids. Great atmosphere all round with friendly hotel staff. One of the best hotels and holidays I’ve had!

Had a good holiday but this is not a 5 star experience for a number of reasons: - room was old and dated - advertised bungalow is not a bungalow but a very small room - service from staff is inconsistent - spa doesn't feel luxurious - long queues at main buffet restaurants other restaurants always fully booked - no fresh juice only cordial! - soft drinks on beach are very diluted - only small cups used for all cocktails - never enough coffee cups at breakfast times always have to wait - never always given spoons at the buffet restaurant - have to repeatedly ask - the list can go on!!!!!

The hotel staff, swimming pools, and easy beach access was amazing. The food in the main dining room was good, and had enough options. The other restaurants required reservations. We did eat at the Greek restaurant (dinner) and the American Burger (lunch) and they both had good food. There was pizza available on the beach, and my 6yr old loved it. There was also hot dogs available at the pool bar. The drinks at the pool bar could be better. The 3 pools were wonderful, one had the two slides, the main pool had different depths, and the small pool was great for young kids. Both my kids (6yr/2yr old) loved the pool, and we were always able to get a chair and umbrella. The beach was wonderful! My favorite location, the water was clear and warm, and we were always able to get an umbrella. The hotel was an easy 1 hour drive from the airport, and the hotel had parking. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is due to check in. They has lost our reservation and did not say anything during check in. They took us to a somewhat standard hotel room, and I had booked the duplex. I then had to go back to the front desk to ask what had happened, and then I was told about the issue with our reservation. It was explained to me that this happened due to a new system issue, and we would get a new room the next day. The new room was very nice and was directly off the small pool which was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to correct the issue with our room.
