Silva Beach Hotel

It was an absolute 10/10 massage! He made me feel comfortable and always kept me covered which was wonderful… I would definitely go back!! Ask for Antonis, He’s amazing!!

Just back from 9 nights staying at the Silva Beach Hotel Hersonissos which we booked via jet2. The hotel location is great for shopping the whole length of the road as you step out reception doors. At the beach side you have a strip of bars restaurants etc. The hotel layout is as described its like a maze of pathways with lots of flowers fruits growing etc. The rooms for 2 are not big and due to a mix up on arrival we were given a bigger room as there were 3 of us sharing on night of arrival there were only 2 beds. The rooms air con was very good, the bathroom the shower is far too small and although rooms were comfy they do need an upgrade to decor and a deep clean, this would really improve them as they seem dated. The swimming pools are lovely however the beach is very rocky and we found that using next doors scorropins beach bar beach was by far easier and nicer to swim in and easy to access. We were all inclusive and cannot fault the food it was absolutely fantastic, amazing choices at all meal times both hot and cold. They run a very slick operation in getting you seated ready to go select your food, there was nothing we didn't enjoy. There are some negative comments about food which makes me wonder what people want in an all inclusive holiday i certainly give 100% plus on the choice, flavours etc! There are bus stops close by should you fancy a change of scenery we went to Stalis which was beautiful and an evening with a meal etc up in the village which was fabulous. Would I return or recommend the Silva Beach definitely! They are helpful for anything you need.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly. A special thanks to SIFIS, who was incredibly helpful and always so kind he truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming experience.

Had a brilliant massage with ANTHONY. Improved my sciatica. The service was excellent as were the surroundings. Great.

Lovely hotel situated in the centre of the town, great for shopping and plenty of restaurants.Hotel kept very clean Rooms serviced every day tea a coffee replaced along with bottled water,staff are very friendly and helpful restaurant staff work very hard. Plenty of choices from salads to hot food which could be hotter and is a bit repetitive Chinese theme nights food is great and very spiced. Sunbeds need to be reserved at first light but a few available near the beach throughout the day. Bar staff are very friendly especially Petz from Bulgaria in the bar by reception. Hope to return in the near future

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was nice and clean. Thanks to its village-style layout, the resort felt smaller and cozier, even though it has a large capacity. We appreciated having both a freshwater and a saltwater pool. The staff, whether at the reception, in the dining area, or at the bars, were always kind and helpful. We also visited the spa and enjoyed a wonderful massage!

What an incredible 2-week stay we had to celebrate our 30 Wedding Anniversary ! Location : Perfect! Many options to relax during the day either by the 2 pools or by the sea. Comments about sunbeds are unjustified (there are loads), and seemingly made by selfish guests believing it their right to have the same spot every day, placing their towels during the night/ early morning & then turning up at or after midday! Rooms : Spacious, clean, functional with good beds, bedding & towels. Ok, could probably do with being updated, but nothing that warrants the negative feedback on here. Restaurant : Amazing! Yes, sometimes there was a queue, but is that the hotel's fault if everyone wants to eat at the same time?! Organisation was fantastic with a thoughtful welcome drink and an amazing team. A big thank you to Maria, Sissi, Kiki, Zoi & Kostas. ❤️ Food : Fabulous!! So good, we didn't even bother with the other restaurants. Simply, great choice & great quality. Again, negative reviews are hard to comprehend .. thanks to all the Chefs. 👏👨‍🍳 Bars : Kostas, you are a legend! This man works tirelessly throughout the day .. the minimum he deserves from us is respect with Hello/How are you?/Please/Thank you. Peti, your beautiful smile lit up our days! 💙❤️ Entertainment : This is the only element that could do with improvement. Lacked variety throughout the day & pretty bad of an evening. We would have liked to enjoy the evenings in the hotel, but ended up going out every night (Hersonissos or Stalida). Finally, a VERY special mention goes to Haroula .. you went out of your way to ensure we had a wonderful holiday. We can't thank you enough and so look forward to coming back again. 💕💕

Been to this hotel around 5 times, will not return !! Most of the staff are lovely, very polite, courteous and happy. However one of the receptionists Elena needs a course in customer service. Does not smile and has a very abrupt manner. The restaurant manager does not know how to smile and clearly does not understand the importance of welcoming guests into his restaurant He instead points to a table abruptly. Most restaurant managers offer a smile and a good evening. There is sometimes a queue in the evenings , this is managed relatively well. The Pool man - we totally understand that guests should not reserve sunbeds. However I had gone to the toilet, and upon returning back to our sunbeds at 07:30am he had removed our towels ,along with other guests towels and everyones personal belongings . I was gone a couple of minutes. He put guests towels, books, hats , etc in a black sack, all together. Hygiene an issue here !! Food in the hotel is adequate, and the Italian restaurant and the Asian corner in the main restaurant a couple of times a week is very nice. The Pool by the main bar is a good size, be warned your towels could be removed though and mixed up with people you don't know yuk !! Only positive of this, we ended up talking to other hotel guests because of this. Opening times of the pool are 10am until 6:30pm. There is a rope around the pool so you are unable to access until said pool guy takes the rope down. The location of the hotel is also very good. Our room was a really good size and we had a walk in shower which was very good. Sadly we won't return, I think the hotel could do with a bit of a renovation, it's now a bit tired. It's a real shame , because there are aspects of this hotel that we like, such as the pool and location.

We have been here 8 times we usually go May and September we love this hotel the staff are so friendly and work very hard though the hotel needs a little update the rooms are clean the food is perfect no complaints whatsoever and two big swimming pools and plenty of sun beds and the location is fab right on the doorstep to lovely restaurants and bars we cannot wait to go in 2026
