Definitely not a 4 star hotel, cleaners, bar staff and restaurant staff work extremely hard. If you pay pool man £40 euros he will keep your sun loungers for you!,. Put our towels on lounger went for breakfast when we got back they had been taken off the lounger. I understand you can't reserve them but we had gone for breakfast... Manager in restaurant extremely rude, Receptionist think her name was Elina so rude needed a little course in customer service... Paid 2 euros for iced coffee in all inclusive hotel should be included in price. Met some lovely people especially Evelyn and Sylvia who had been going to the hotel for the last 7 years.... Please have a conversation with your staff to rectify the bad points....

We returned to this hotel for my husband's 60th birthday with friends. We have stayed here about 8 times and will now be coming back again next year. The staff are lovely and we like the food as a lot of it is authentic greek. The Italian restaurant is a bonus, serving great food and just a short stroll from the hotel, it really feels like you've gone out for the night but is still all inclusive! I agree there are areas for improvement but I guess you have to weigh up the cost and what you get for your money. Good food, location, friendliness, 2 pools, beachfront etc. You could probably find better but the price would be higher and probably not such a good location as this.

I really enjoyed my stay at Silva Beach overall, but I do have a few remarks about the food and the rooms. The food was often centered around pork, which made the variety a bit limited, and the rooms felt a little old and could use some renovation. The staff could generally be a bit more welcoming and helpful, with one outstanding exception: Sifis. He was truly amazing – friendly, kind, and always ready to help. He made a big difference to my experience. Absolutely loved him ♥️

Just had a wonderful visit to the spa, we had a couples Cretan massage with Antonis and Stavros. We only ever have a massage when we are on holiday and this was the best one ever! Totally professional, the pressure that we requested and we left totally relaxed with super smooth skin. Thank you I’m looking forward to coming back for my foot massage!! Would highly recommend.

Top notch place for family holiday, 11 of us stayed at Silva Beach for my daughter,s 50th birthday, we booked meal and the meal, cake and Champagne was exquisite, everything perfect, we had such a brilliant holiday, the reception staff at hotel, poolside bars, were so cheerful and helpful. Food was second to none every day of our stay, we booked all inclusive and we wern,t dissapointed , extremely high quality food and service from restaraunt staff, plenty to do , local area so clean and lots of lively entertainment every place we went. Our group consisted of different ages and we went on boat trip for scuba and snorkling, a big hit with everyone. Thank you Silva Beach for making our stay a most enjoyable, we will be back.

We have just spent 11 nights as 3 separate families. The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and polite from the porter service, Ian the glass collector , to the reception and bar staff. The complex was kept clean and tidy throughout and was a lovely traditional style rather which added real authenticity. We stayed in an annexe room which we were quite anxious about however we were very happy with the size and the views. There is some music and noise but you are on holiday after all. The air con was the best we have experienced in many years. The all inclusive was pretty standard as to most hotels we have stayed in, it does get repetitive but always something to eat. This is not a child oriented hotel, there is no mini disco, kids club so hopefully isn’t advertised as one. Entertainment at night could be greatly improved the team work very hard but on very limited resource! Our main grumble was the sunbeds , there is no consistency around towels and the time people were reserving beds. Many days we experienced towels on beds for 3-4 hours with no one on them, this could easily be rectified. The bar directly across the road is an absolute must for late night drinks. Lots of places in working distance to visit. Sissy and the other dining room host were fabulous, helpful, extremely well presented and did their absolute best to find tables quickly. Great 11 nights we did our research into the hotel and area. There are many easy improvements that can be made if they are willing to spend a little bit of money, the area down by the beach with the day beds/old tennis court could be absolutely stunning if updated.

Perfect massage done by Stavros for almost two hours. The lady at the spa reception was very helpful and friendly. We booked for one more day after the relaxing experience

Hotel rooms basic but ok. Balcony really small so not really useable to sit out. Clean and tidy. Food ok with nice variety. Italian restaurant nice but don’t bother with burger restaurant ad awful worst burger I have ever had and couldn’t eat it which was a shame as view and service was great. No music around the pool and animation team nowhere’s to be seen so never new when games were on except water polo. Evening entertainment awful and didn’t really try to get anyone involved so don’t go off what tui advertise as no quizzes or karaoke just one night where they had an act on but usually just the animation guy with a laptop who couldn’t even work the speaker properly so not great. Pool table inside a none air conditioned room so unbearably hot. Sunbeds had towels on at midnight the night before so impossible to get a sunbed even though nobody turned up until lunchtime. Reported to reception but nothing done about it. Queues every day for lunch and evening to get in the restaurant but still didn’t open up all the tables. Has a lot of potential but just not managed well with the sunbeds ect.
