Not clean. air conditioner wasn’t working

Close to town centre, good value

A little tired, but for what we paid not surprising!

Friendly , helpful staff. Room was good with air conditioning which we were grateful for. Brought extra pillows to our room and helped us with cases ( husband is disabled).

A little disappointed with buffet breakfast. No bacon, mushrooms or tomatoes as standard. There was eggs,sausages,hash browns, baked beans, toast. Also fruit juice. Jams & butter , cereals, and fresh fruit, so plenty to choose from ( just missed my bacon mainly).

The air-conditioner was not working

The room worked and had everything we needed. The price was good. We had a drink and a nice meal in the bar area. The person in this area was very helpful and friendly.

The corridors to the rooms of the hotel need vaccuming. Strange check in when the person raced off and left us wondering where to go. Was it an emergency???? Too many stairs as we had large luggage. I should have checked this before I booked.

We had a room near the stairs it was very noisy till 2am so not a good night's rest!

No restaurant for evening meals

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable bed. The air conditioned room in a heatwave was very welcome!

Fairly clean with plenty of coffee and tea in room. Iron and hairdryer in room plus full length mirror. Towels and bed clean.

Air conditioning unit broken, socket not working and lack of sockets. No lifts to 3rd floor and a little dull in room.
