Extremely disappointed with this stay. Arrived to find no disabled parking or room provision for less able. Would not stay here again as too many issues to record here. Advise all other interested parties to check out all these reviews as they demonstrate the “couldn’t care less” attitude we encountered at reception

Friendly staff, good location

Menu choices - heavy food could be more imaginative. I ate at the hotel once and could not face a second time. I also object to having to pay £15 per night extra to bring my dog for supposed extra cleaning charges when I was there for 5 nights without my room being cleaned - appreciate this was for 'green' reasons but the hotel can't have it both ways and I don't understand what extra cleaning is required. IE a bit of extra mud for example would get dealt with by normal laundry/ hoovering. A one off/weekly charge would be fairer. It felt like a rip off.

Die Lage ist gut und man hat ein Restaurant vor Ort.

Das Aussehen von außen täuscht. Das Hofel is marode und benötigt einige Renovierungen. In meinem Zimmer ist beinahe die Decke runtergekommen.

I knew we would be arriving late and leaving early so booked somewhere 'cheap and cheerful'; i therefore did not have high expectations. However i was very pleasantly surprised, our room was lovely, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and all aspects of our stay were good.

It is a big hotel and some of the communal areas are a little tired

friendly staff proactive towards the guests needs. Being elderly and disabled this was particularly welcome and although i had not disclosed this when booking the staff changed my room to a floor where i was able to use the lift.

El hotel tiene un sabor a pasado, a nostalgia. Su estilo victoriano te traslada a otros tiempos. A mí me ha encantado. Si es verdad que le vendría bien una renovación, un lavado de cara. Pero igual perdería su sabor. Y seguro que no tendría el precio actual.

El parking es un poco caótico, pero entona con el resto del hotel.
