Craiglynne Hotel

Bathroom was dirty, rooms were damp, furniture was dated, beds were uncomfortable. It did not smell good.

Dated and smelly

A beautiful old place and loved it had a lift. The bed was comfy.

The creaking floors had us laughing really.

The bed was terribly hard with wires poking in our backs. The pillows were not comfortable. The coach people in the hallways were extremely loud when we were trying to sleep. You could hear every word as there was no soundproofing at all. We could hear people talking loudly through the wall in the dining room in our bedroom late at night.The bartender was cranky and said he doesn’t make cocktails. You had to order whatever he had straight from the bottle. The breakfast offerings were decent.

Location to the main street is good. Bed was very comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly.

The free machine coffee in the dining room. Parking was good. It was very quiet. Staff were very welcoming.

The double room we had was very poor

Very comfortable and friendly hotel lovely to come back to after a busy day. Excellent food produced in the restaurant. Staff were particularly pleasant and helpful especially young Aaron who went out of his way to make us feel at home. We will definitely be back.
