Residence Inn Mystic Groton

Staff was awesome and clearly care about their job performance, but the facilities could use some corporate investment.

My spouse and I decided to break away from tradition this Thanksgiving and instead of cooking, cleaning and entertaining we went to this Residence Inn. Management first of all greeted us with hot cocoa, marshmallows and seasonal Starbucks coffee. Also, they prepared for all guests a full Thanksgiving dinner with all the fixings and dessert. We were so appreciative of the above and beyond gesture by staff and management. The property is just minutes away from Mohegan Sun Casino and the Foxwoods Mall/Casino. We would go there again. You guys rock!!!

Nice and spacious room! All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was decorated so lovely for the holidays!

The indoor pool could’ve been warmer, my son was really excited to use it but was too cold to stay in.

The staff were very accommodating. The room was very nice, loved being on the first floor. Access to the parking lot was easy. The breakfast had a variety of foods and was very good.

We had the room with the fireplace, but was told at check in that it wasn't working because they were switching over the gas. I feel I should have been notified in an email before arriving that it wouldn't be working, and should have been compensated for it.

The staff is nice and helpful. Great location. The breakfast is great. The first day of our stay they didn’t have oatmeal.

The facility needs to be updated, the carpet is stained and smells, the shower/ tub is falling apart and needs to be replaced.

Check in was easy, easy door access, very clean with all amenities. Loved my stay.

Expeida, i thought was a reputable site. Did the research before allowing places on their website. The Residence inn located in Mystic was horrible. Mold, broken light shades. The door's dead bolt latch was bronken. It was so hot in the room,not a big deal but when we went to open the windows half of them wouldn't open. The ones we could had no screens. Please ,if you have your customers interest at heart due your due diligence and have people check out these places before you allow them on your website. The couch and chairs were ripped. To pay 440.00 for one night is unacceptable. I will never trust Expedia again.

Loved Residence Inn. Its roomy, clean and comfortable. Made great use if the desk and kitchen. Highly recommend!

Room looked like a storage room. Heater slash ac blows on bed all night. Very bad setup. Miserable left early due to uncomfortableness.
