I was over all very Disappointed

I had a problem with booking which was not resolved. I was charged for the problem ie 2 rooms when I used one. Problem has yet to be addressed.

"Excellent Hotel -- SLEAZY Booking Service"

The hotel was dependably good. I had stayed there before and everything worked efficiently and according to plan. The only problem, and it was a MAJOR problem was with Booking.com They completely botched the original reservation by taking my departure date and treating it like the arrival date. I noticed the mistake almost immediately, and rushed to rebook using the proper dates. No problem! Then I tried to cancel the original reservation and learned that it is absolutely impossible to do so. There is no telephone number. Any and every opportunity for feedback was greeted with a "NO REPLY" header. As a result, I paid twice for a single night's stay. Next time, I'll book directly with the hotel (which actually offers comparable rates!), and I'll warn everybody I know about the SLEAZY policies of Booking.com
