Britannia Bournemouth Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the rooms are filthy with dirt and hairs left about the room, sink was blocked full of hair and I couldnt use it, the rooms are that cold that I had to sleep with my clothes on in their uncomfortable bed, the tiles in the shower had lots of dirt over them and the shower is so old that the water was flowing everywhere and could not control it, after my 2 days there I started getting itchy and now have a few spots on me which I guess are bed bugs, I would not recommend this filthy hotel to anyone

For what we paid it was well above expectations

omg this is a budget basic hotel room was un hoovered sheets and towels clean but massively needs an over haul Breakfast was nice staff pleasant Full of screaming kids and noisy bigger kids would i stay there again NO remote had back missing my ipad was bigger than the tv bed rammed against the wall

The trip was good value and convenient however the double-bed was very un-comfortable with springs coming up through with every movement, and the residents in the room above were still partying loudly until 4.30 am!!

Last minute desperation caused me to book here and it was a huge mistake. Whole place stank of cigarettes, was outdated, grubby and unkempt. Worst of all was the loud banging, moaning, screaming and groaning of some of the hotels less salubrious “guests” that continued throughout the night and early morning. That said, it was extremely cheap and you get what you pay for I suppose. I obviously could not face a second night there and when I asked for a refund, it was given straight away with no questions asked. The man at the desk clearly understood why.

The dinner we asked for pork and that’s all we got no veg

Tiny car park with limited spaces meant we had to park on the road first night. bed very hard and a bit uncomfortable but about what was expected for the price. bathroom could do with a little TLC as a little rough around the edges but functional. lifts very small.

Service and stuff is very good .Rooms are dated but big .

Swimming pool was great The first room we had was horrid smelt was dirty and small Was given another room better but still not a 3 star

It needs an update but staff were friendly and helpful
