Location good for travelling through

Room was cold as the heating was faulty but not told at booking in,room was changed to a family room so missed the walk in shower as we are both in our eighties

A Lovely Experience, Hotel Receptionists polite happy and friendly. Staff made our stay one to remember for our Special weekend, they couldn’t do enough. Hotel was very clean and a nice relaxed atmosphere

We were married here 10 years ago and it’s just as lovely as it was then, nice atmosphere and staff. Rooms clean and spacious food lovely

The bed unfortunately was too firm for us and we didn’t get a good sleep and had sore back , but that is just our preference so really isn’t anything to do with Smiths
