Too many homeless people outside the place

There were roaches, bathroom door made a loud noise when opened since it was missing half the interior. No phone connection. Loud guest and they never came up to see what was going on. AC wasnt blowing cold area. The area is very bad.

My room was not swept. There’s no carpet but a vacuum still would’ve made floor cleaning easy. There was hair everywhere. One bed had hair on it when you pulled the covers back so we ended up sharing the clean bed. There was also no soap in the bathroom.

Run down with crack heads and homeless all around the property. No one is ever at the front desk to help.

The property had bugs and they gave us dirty towels and ppl was hanging out alnite long

Comfortable bed, room was clean. What I didn’t like is that I felt unsafe because it was homeless people walking around outside all night .

There was no breakfast at all, not even coffee

Large rooms. Good for a one night stopover.

door lock was broken/difficult

Not comfortable being there alone with my son. Smelt inside and out like weed people hanging in parking lot
