Ballachulish Hotel

Great place,and views and service!

Reception was warm and welcoming, the public areas were sumptuous although a Sunday in December was very quiet indeed. Loved our room which was quirky and had views in three directions. Not terribly spacious but comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and fresh and the bath comfy. Restaurant staff were attentive and the food was lovely.

Stayed for 2 nights early December. Staff were very welcoming when i arrived. Food was amazing. Great choice on the menu and good value for money. Room was clean, tidy and good decor.

Absolutely fantastic, the staff were amazing and very friendly going above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be going back again

When I checked in there was an issue (light burned out in the hallway outside my room). Jhon was very helpful in first, trying to get it fixed, and then ultimately putting me in a different room. He was very professional and efficient. The staff and other guests were all respecting masking & social distancing rules, making it feel safe and comfortable. The rooms have clearly been given a recent upgrade and are very sleek and modern. The main areas should be next since they look a bit dated and worn (carpet, etc.). Overall a great place to stay for a few days!

Nice hotel

Lovely Location overlooking the Loch.

The menu clearly states vegan but on further questions to the chef this proved incorrect We had no option but to eat pie without pie crust very disappointed no sweet s available and no response from the hotel chain either Service staff were polite The hotel is overpriced in our opinion

The hotel was located in nice surroundings with a view of the Loch and the bridge. The hotel lounge had character and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel had adequate parking facilities too. The hotel had Covid safety measures in place so made us feel very safe. The only thing that was missing..There was no coffee/tea condiments in the room even though a kettle was provided. This is something I would of expected as standard in any hotel.
