Buena ubicación y tamaño de la habitación.

Muy descuidado. Los muebles necesitan un cambio urgente, la zona de jardín está totalmente ente descuidada, era difícil encontrar algún miembro del personal para hablar con ellos, no ofrecían soluciones a problemas simples,etc. No nos asignaron la habitación reservada en Booking, solicité cambio y tras insistir mucho y malas caras nos dieron otra, que tampoco era la reservada. No nos ofrecieron posibilidad de desayuno, tampoco una solución para dejar el carrito de bebé y no tener que subir dos plantas todos los días por las escaleras. Desgana.

Staff were very friendly helpful and accommodating. Good location for front Room was lovely and spotless

The staff couldn't do more for us. Lovely hotel, we had the Superior Double Room which came with an amazing sea view. Breakfast was good value for money & delicious 😋

There wasn't really anything ww didn't like. There was a small issue with the TV but was sorted swiftly

Pool area was dirty and it was very cold

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were all welcoming and respectful

Friendly welcome, larger room than I was expecting and with a sea view. Room, bed and bathroom very clean. Excellent breakfast.

Last Parking slot was very tight, but I am happy to have been able to park. I chose a window table, and because it was raining the only place smokers could remain dry was by my table with smoke seeping in through the window.
