Loved the staff,the rooms were so roomy. Loved the victorian style rooms. 100% recommend

THR LOCATION WAS GOOD

MY ROOM WAS MOULDY AND I HAD TO HAVE BOTH WINDOWS OPEN 24 7 SO I COULD BREATH. THE FIRST HOUR IN THE ROOM I GOT A HEADACHE , WHICH IS UNUSUAL FOR ME THEN IT AFFECTED MY THROAT.. I WAS HOPING TO REST A BIT ON HOLIDAY, BUT I HAD TO GO OUT JUST TO GET AWAY FROM THE MOULDY DAMP STENCH AND THE UNCOMFORTABLE ODOUR. SURELY THESE PEOPLE ARNT BLIND TO THIS PROBLEM AND ISSUES. I WAS VERY STRESSED AND GLAD TO LEAVE AFTER MY 4 NIGHTS STAY.

The location is excellent as it's a few steps from the seafront and almost next to the Torre Abbey Park.As we had taken our dog along, he enjoyed his walks in the park & meadow. Our room and bathroom was quite spacious and very clean. It had tea making facilities. The breakfast was good and served warm. The staff are friendly & welcoming.

There were few steps and though we had no problem it would be inconvenient for less able seniors.

Die Lage war super um zum Hafen zu laufen

Leider war das Zimmer nicht ganz sauber, das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und man konnte nicht richtig lüften.

Good location, comfortable and clean

Dated, toiletries were empty so had to go shop
