Lovely hotel, great location, lovely staff, good food. Do not play bingo, total extortion before your eyes. Winner for two lines in a book was a bottle of fizz. Full house similar plus 35 euro. They took at least 300 euro. So 99% of the receipts are kept. Disgusting. Otherwise would have been 5*.

Location is great, shops and restaurants near by. Would recommend a hire car if you want to explore the island. The trophy for the best part of the stay goes to Lesley, part of the entertainment team, he is FULL of energy and jokes to say the least!! Rooms an also great, nothing bad to say about them, clean and modern ! There is plenty of food to choose from. Freshly made pizza is 10/10 ! Thank you for a great time ! We will be back.

Great experience from start to finish. The check in process was smooth and quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming even left us a plate of food as we have arrived around 1am which was great as we were hungry. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, plenty of choices for food in buffet. Best aspect of the hotel probably goes to the entertainment team in hotel, LESLEY YOU ARE BRILLIANT BOMBACLART! They were absolutely fantastic full of energy and always making an effort to get everyone involved. The location of hotel is very suitable, it’s perfectly situated in calm area and not far from old town, making it very convenient to explore the island ( with a hire car even better for further locations) Overall, great experience would definitely go back.

We recently changed our travel plans and stumbled upon this absolute gem of a hotel. While we initially based our decision on online reviews & photos, I can honestly say this place exceeded every expectation. It is, hands down, a top-notch choice for a Rhodes vacation. Offering us a lovely clean, spacious room with great views day and night. Service & Hospitality The hospitality started before we even stepped foot on the property. Knowing we had a late arrival, we called ahead, and the team arranged a late dinner plate for us so we wouldn’t go hungry... a perfect first impression! Throughout our stay, every member of staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The Team A huge part of what makes this hotel special is the people: 1) Leslie: The absolute life and soul of the resort. He is a superstar who goes above and beyond every single day to keep everyone in the holiday mood. I’ve never seen energy like it! He’s like Red Bull on steroids! Get ready to dance, sing, karaoke, joke, and laugh! A lot of laughs! 2) Giorgos & Mikes: The legends behind the bar. Always greeting all guests with smiles, quick service, friendly conversation, and making sure our glasses were never empty. 3) Panagiotis & the other manager (sorry I didn't grab your name... But you won't mistake him, always dressed to impress): true "top men." It’s rare to find such hands-on managers these days. They were fully involved in the day-to-day operations, constantly catching up with us, chatting with guests and ensuring everyone was well-cared for. Total respect. Additionally, they are a fountain of local knowledge and really helped our self drive trip to Lindos. 4) All the other staff who made our stay perfect who I've not mentioned. Facilities & Food The food is dangerous! In the very best way possible! It is plentiful, varied, and so delicious that even if you don't think you need three meals a day, you’ll find yourself showing up for every single one. The staff work tirelessly to keep the buffet topped up and the tables cleared, all while maintaining a friendly atmosphere. The complex features two amazing pools, lots of sunbeds, and while the pool bar wasn't open yet during our early April stay, the main bar filled the gap perfectly. For those looking for a pamper, the spa is both professional and friendly, we absolutely loved our time there. If you’re feeling guilty about the buffet, there's also is a decent hotel gym with dumbbells, benches, a dual rack, and a couple of cardio machines that was never crowded. Location The location is ideal. We enjoyed the 40–60 minute walk into Rhodes Old Town along the gorgeous coastal path - there's also a taxi rank right outside the hotel for a six min trip. For a change of pace, I highly recommend hiring a car and making the easy drive to Lindos. Overall, this stay was exactly what we needed. Between the incredible views, the tireless work ethic of the staff, and the infectious energy of the entertainment team, we couldn't have asked for a better break. We left with great memories, relaxed, many kilos heavier and a few new friends. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel with Amazing staff, facilities weren't open completely but management done everything possible to make our return trip in may even better, time will tell.. also a massive shout out to Leslie, with him waiting for other entertainment staff to arrive he done great working every angle. Me and my kids are looking forward to returning.

Great entertainment, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms , nice pools and near beach

My husband and I booked a very last min seven nights holiday via BA after our Qatar flight to Sydney was cancelled. We are super glad with our choice, as ​our stay at this hotel was perfect! We were given a room 712 upon our late arrival. The staff is super accommodative and empathetic. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean and boasts an excellent location that serves as the perfect base for exploring Rhodes. It's only 20mins drive from the airport, located across the beach and easily walkable to the town via the dedicated walking path/steps along the beach. The sea view is simply breathtaking, especially the spectacular sunsets that paint the sky in the evening. Really amazing. I cannot recommend it enough for anyone looking for a seamless, high-energy Mediterranean getaway. We also noticed how incredibly hands-on the managers are. They aren't tucked away in offices; they are on the floor, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. This is particularly impressive given the hotel’s popularity with large groups from across Europe. The staff is exceptionally well-prepared to handle a diverse international crowd—mostly French, British, and German guests—making everyone feel welcome regardless of where they’re from. Even during busy period, they quickly get the table ready for you. ​ There is a fantastic variety of dishes every day at the buffet restaurant. Whether you’re looking for local Greek flavors or international staples, the buffet keeps things fresh and exciting. A super massive shoutout to Leslie for the excellent entertainment every evening 🥇👏. Leslie truly goes above and beyond to engage the crowd. We must say that we've been to so many hotels/resorts all around the world but never encountered anyone as friendly, super cool, respectful and as entertaining as Leslie. He's Dutch but speaks so many languages including German, Arabic, Greek, French, Polish and English. Leslie arranged the high-quality shows and activities (karaoke, bingo, dancing, quizzes), so that you never feel stuck in your room or relegated to just playing cards/board games or chats over a drink (which you could still do once entertainment stops at 11pm). The nights are vibrant and truly make the stay feel "perfect." The evening entertainment is the perfect way to cap off the day, leaving you feeling happy and completely content as you head to bed (or stay awake until 7am flight). Overall, it was a memorable seven nights Easter holiday with top-tier hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful & friendly hotel. Highly recommended. Attention to details is a plus, especially by head waiter George who made my 75th birthday really memorable, real surprise. Thank you George. Also Agapilos at reception, whose kindness will always be remembered . Lesley the entertainer kept us dancing, laughing ,playing games, Happy ending to the day. Thank you everyone

Great place to stay as a family. Food was delicious, always a great variety and different themed evenings were great. The homemade pizza in the pizza ovens were amazing, the kids loved it too, pool bar food was delicious also. Loved the omelette station in the mornings, nikos made a great omelette. My children loved the fresh pastries and pancakes in the mornings. We got an evening in the pool taverna with our stay which was a lovely treat and food was amazing. The beach is just over the road with sunbeds available just for the hotel which is great, a little bar here would make a great addition. Leslie and the entertainment team were great, always something to do for adults and children. The drinks were good, I would say could maybe do with bigger cups for the lager around the pool and plastic wine glasses would be nice too, maybe a lager pump (like in the main restaurant) to help yourself to prevent queues (this would be helpful to the staff also) but this won’t stop us returning this summer :) The staff work so hard here and are all friendly with a smile, thought that was worth a mention :) The spa is worth a visit also, lovely massage. We are returning this summer as we really enjoyed our stay in our sea view family room :)
