No lift we were on 2nd floor Otherwise a wonderful stay, staff really helpful, huge bedroom, food plentiful and delicious, good price, easy off motorway, would certainly stay again

Easy to find. Location was okay just off the motorway. It was ideal for where I needed to go. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast had a good selection available. It smelled a little and then realised they allow animals in the hotel. However a pleasant stay. Thank you

Good value but hotel a bit tired and felt like it was under staffed. Staff were great just not many of them. Rooms were fine but getting on a bit in need of a refurb.
