This is not somewhere I would ever stay again and the high ratings seem suspicious. I wouldn't have written a negative review just for the lights that don't work, the florescent bulbs, the lack of outlets, the lack of towels, the failure to provide bedding for the fold out couch, the phone which doest work, the plumbing problems, and the run down furnishings including stained bedding overall... But the service? Ouch. I interacted with the front desk clerk three times. Once to check in where she was polite and told me the relevant information. When we realized there was no blanket for my daughter's pull out bed we had to call for one. But, the bottom on the phone for the front desk doesn't work so I had to call the main line externally from my phone. She seemed confused but said she would bring the blanket up and about ten monies later she did. We thanked her and apologized for the inconvenience. About an hour later the toilet clogged, something that in years of travel I've never had happen, but okay, it's ten at night, what am I going to do. I again called down and asked for a plunger so I could fix it. Note: I did not ask for her, or the hotel, to fix it. Just for the tool I needed. She did not apologize for the problem, she did not acknowledge that a guest room was malfunctioning significantly, instead she sounded deeply annoyed that I was bothering her at 10:30 at night. When she brought it up I didn't hear my daughter thank her and asked her why she hadn't... She told me she hadn't been able to because the clerk just handed it to her and walked away without a word. I travel multiple times a month and have varying experiences, but the total lack of assistance coupled with the quality of the furnishings? I won't be returning and would recommend you also chose elsewhere.

this is not a 4 star hotel. sinks spray water, the washing machine has remained in disrepair for a month, door batteries are not PMed. they go dead and if it happens on 3rd the front desk will say "not my problem" and if you drop $1600 on a 10 day stay for buisness, and the security latch has the room locked out at checkin you have have the come to Jesus talk with the staff, some 19 year old. They also have buried reviews where they had 21 day cancelation policies in winter... Its not a Hilton thing its a minimum wage thing... go somewhere else. Their pools dont stay upkept. The manager looks like the trunchable from Matilda. I stayed 40 days 10 on 4 off from March to May. ive seen a dozen things lacking and in need of repair. cleaning crew is 5 star.

The room was a good size.

The curtains were torn and not completely attached to the rod. They did not close well. The bathroom had trash left on the floor. The hallway to the roo. was freezing. Breakfast was cold. There was never anyone at the front desk. Just a sign left saying unavailable.

Genรผgend Parkplatz, alle freundlich, tolles groรŸes Studio, sehr gutes amerikanisches Frรผhstรผck, Management reagiert schnell und effizient auf Reklamationen, so bezogen wir fรผr 2 Nรคchte 3 frisch gemachte Zimmer.

Housekeeping schlecht: erstes Zimmer mit Haaren und einem Nassrasierer in der Dusche, zweites Zimmer wรผrde nach der Nacht trotz ausdrรผcklichem Wunsch nicht gemacht und mit frischen Handtรผchern versorgt. Sowohl der Architekt als auch der Bauunternehmer haben hier in Sachen Gerรคuschdรคmmung versagt
