Location beautiful staff were excellent and very clean

Maybe better fan in room as very hot

Location good with potential. Staff fine. Lovely fluffy bath towels.

Room tired, particularly the bathroom. The shower was a small plastic mixer tap head attached to the wall and low pressure, Tried to run a bath instead but water flow kept reverting to shower. Breakfast time 7.00 x 9.30. We went into breakfast 9.05. No one to greet you. Serving dishes low and what food remained had been sitting there. Hot water for tea was cool. No tables laid and had to ask for the basics like cutlery.

The main building is in lovely location.

Had an overcooked burger in restaurant. Was in a converted house by a car park with no view. Gravel in car park meant I could hear everyone arriving & leaving in their cars. Windows open due to heat. Light above bed didn’t work had to ask for bedside light - not sure the lights would have provided enough lighting.

Pleasant hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Lovely setting with access to the countryside, local walks and nearby town centre.

Rooms a little tired in places but perfectly serviceable.
