very good and confortable

Gross! Used dental floss on the floor, some white substance sprayed on the curtains, carpet was badly soiled, bathroom was in rough shape and not all of the lights worked. It was just yuck and weird.

Holiday Inn Express in Frisco Legacy Park was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and quiet. Was there was my daughter and very pleased and enjoyed the stay.

They are lying about this property on this app! Whole hotel under construction stuff in hallways they tried to make us stay in a room that was so dingy and down a long hallway by a back unsecured door!! When I said it was unacceptable for $139 I was argued with and asked to “show them”. After letting them know I was not staying here she gave me my refund but still tried to justify the conditions. We literally had to walk over and through construction workers!!

Around 3am a family walk in to our room and saying that we were in there room. Front desk people need to know what rooms are already booked

Really clear to The Ford Center. Lots of places close by to eat at.

Need to post online and make customers aware when under construction, AC not cooling, ice machine not working, slow internet, pool closed, couldn’t find channels on TV, found someone else’s hairbrush, felt humid maybe the old carpet, no juices available for breakfast.

Great Hotel! Absolutely loved this place! Breakfast was amazing and delicious with several different options!

The breakfast was very good. The building is in poor condition, though it looked like they were starting some much needed renovations on it. The shower handle could not be turned to hot, so the water was cold. I did tell them at the desk, and maintenance did "fix" it so we were able to get hot water. This was not just our room. Our son's room also had the same issue.

Overall, the ladies at the front desk staff were exceptional and very helpful. However, during my stay, the power went out twice, the gym was very cold, and my tub/shower was clogged. I visit Dallas a few times a year for business and personal since I am Cowboys fan and I was disappointed in the facilities.
